This is my Testimony for Children dependant visa.


Visa application: 17/07/2023

Biometrics: 20-21/7/2023(Standard Ikeja)

Brp mail: 28/7/2023 and 5/8/2023

Collection mails: 27/7/23 and 4/8/2023
Two paid calls same date to ask for the second child decision on the 3/08/2023.

Documents submitted for self services.
1. Statement of account MA Globus bank and MA Halifax UK account to balance up for the shortage due to the increase of oanda.
2. Parents consent letter
3. MA permission letter to use bank statement.
4. Birth certificate
5. Passport
6.Tb test
7.Family Pictures
8. Father's Payslip of several months in UK.
9. Letter from school to show school fees payment cleared for this session from MA.
10.MA Brp card.
11. UKVI consent pages letters filled by MA and signed for the children too.

I thank the Almighty God for blessing my Family with this good news. I missed my Children so much. It wasn't not easy leaving them behind. I missed those important milestones of my Son.This is really our year of perfect Jubilee.

Tickets booked.

Preferred travel date: 17/08/2023

Entry Date on Visa: 10/08/2023.

Did a paid call today for biometric done on 21st of July at Ikeja. Still awaiting decision.
No NSF received.

Please who has the UKVI paid call number. I need it.

Not at all. My Daughter that did hers on the 20th has gotten her visa. If knew I would have paid for walkin for my Son too

Biometrics 21st of July still at DMC.
Who has gotten their visa for same date at IKeja Tls.

Even 21st hasn't moved yet o. My daughter's passport that did hers a day interval is out already.

There was a minor mistake when filling the applicants passport issuing authority ( Filled Abeokuta instead of Festac )

I am trying to be detailed and sincere so someone gets encouraged by it as I was encouraged by other stories.

I just got my daughter's brp mail that did bio on the 20th of July at Ikeja.
My son's track is still at received by DMC.
He did his bio on the 21st of July.

thanks a lot. I requested my own SOA through my globus phone app, immediately it was sent to my email. But did you request yours through email, not through phone app. And how long did it take them to respond to you.

I requested and got it sent to my mail same day

Good morning, thanks for the prompt responses on this group. Please when is the best time to do a paid call after biometrics to ask if decision has been made.

Another question is what's the number to call. Is it free from UK.

Please help me out with clarification. Since during visa application, banks are contacted to confirm or verify the authenticity of the POF/SOA by visa officer. My bank statement for POF I generated from my phone app doesn't bear any bank email address or phone number of the bank on my bank statement of account which is from my GLOBUS Bank. Do visa offers have other official means of reaching or contacting banks when the need arises or for confirmation and verification without depending on email address or phone number on my SOA/POF? Because mine doesn't bear any email address or phone number.

I also used Globus, but I made sure I requested for my SOA via email from the bank. It was signed, stamped and contains contact details. I will advise you to do same to avoid issues.

Do you apply alone. It means the decision has been made and it has been sent back to Tls. You will receive pick up mail soon

I didn't get appointment mail after paying for appointment on the TLS contact portal. i have sent mails but the are yet to reply.

and its showing my appointment date on the TLS portal.

You will still get it. It happened during my daughter's payment.

Omoh no crowd oo. I spent like 10 minutes there and left. Ppl on appointment outside no reach 7 ppl oo.

I went there around past 12pm I was shocked to see no crowd.

No crowd but they are slow with their decision nowadays.

I did application for my children on Monday, got Thursday and Friday date for biometrics for self services at Ikeja.

Pls I need help on some issue on ground the MA and child will be going together for bio, I already booked for MA flex appointment but I couldn't book for child appointment. Pls can the MA and child go together or I can booked regular for the child maybe the date is not going to be the same with the MA. I need help on how to resolve this issue pls help me.

You will pay for walk in for your child. Just pick any appointment date and get your card ready to pay for walk in

Please if dependants wants to apply for visa a month after MA has gotten his Visa and the dependant has their own POF(SOA) to submit, it's necessary to also to show MA bank statements during the application to convince the ECO that is not recycled fund. To avoid not getting NSF mail

My kids Visa alert mail just dropped this morning from TLS. It's been a journey of sacrifice and hardwork and testimony.

My wife and I have been in UK for 6 months now. We couldn't come with them cos of some constraints we may face financially and settling down wise. It later turned out a good decision cos I was able to work full time like an intoxicated man,to raise cash for fees and their application.

God helped me, I paid and applied for them, from UK here, uploaded all my pay slips and 3 employment letters plus tax no. Lol. I didn't want any story as my wife was the MA.

Applied on 20th June, my son got NSF mail on 21st but we remained calm and prayerful. Today, around 11.20am, the mail came in, with the good news..

I haven't seen my kids physically in 6months, I have been working tirelessly, pushing to bring them in, my wife working so hard too.

They are aged 6years and 4 years. Today, God has given us the testimony we hoped and prayed for 6 months.

Being away from your kids for 6 months was sometimes hell but I knew the sacrifice was worth it

Good morning, please my dependent are joining me in UK. My course end date is 31/01/2025.
My brp expires on 31/12/2024 due to brp changing to electronic my Jan 1st 2025.

My issue now is how to cal their IHS.

Is it my course end date or the date on my brp card or the date on my sharecode.
Which one will I use to calculate their IHS.

Good evening, please I want to ask how to calculate my children maintainance fees. I resumed in Jan 2023. I want to start their application next month. Am I to calculate for 9 months or will I deduct the months have spent and calculate the remaining balance.

Please those that brought in their dependents after they have been in UK should please help me out.

Go the centre with the payment receipt...and the booking print out.....they should guide you on the next thing to do.

Good evening, I used the new IOM website to register for my children's TB test in Lagos. I didn't get any payment link and I paid to the old account number on their old website. Tomorrow is their appointment date. The application status is showing draft and unpaid. Please what can I do?

Oh bummer! Sorry about that. It’s no biggie, there are a lot of customer service jobs that offer 20 hours a week and also remote and I did that for months.
