You ought to have managed the system well and control the African market. UAE should not be supplying and managing our oil issue when Nigeria is there with huge tonnage production.

They operated without remitting anything to the FG for almost 40 years!!!!

The graph says; the government which is the largest shareholders takes 39%. That means, they are the owners.

The same chart also says; foreign corporate takes 41%. That is vodaphone, vodacom and foreign investors combined. Vodaphone having the largest shareholder thereunder with a whopping 35%.

Thirdly, the same can't says free flaoting space takes about 25% _ meaning, the government is fully in charge of whom to give the stake and who not to.

Lastly; local shareholders takes 15%. Meaning, kenyans takes 54%_ at least and that alone is ownership.

Except your government is not the largest shareholder, Are you stup**id or something?

According to your own graph your Government owns 35%, Vodafone is the parent company of Vodacom and Combined both own 40% , making them the Highest shareholder, nobody is a majority shareholder here, as no entity own share's of 50% and above.

The 25% remaining shares is owned by retail investors through the NSE, they could be anybody, who knows, I'm sure a Nigerian also owns some shares there.

The entity with the largest stake in Safaricom is a foreign entity.

NNPC reform started in 2021, can you imagine that between 2021 and 2023, they have almost remitted $10 billion to the federal government,

and they are also the one funding the AKK gas pipeline, a project that cost about $3 Billion, and it's already at 75% completion.

It's called foreign cooperate ; individuals being included carries 41% of Safaricom shares. Anything less than 50% of shareholding will dislable the ownership. Government of kenya and Vodaphone shares the rate; 35% each. Lovals in kenya takes more than 20%. The rest are free float; where the government has the full control over it.

NLNG will be the second after NNPCL when they are eventually listed, Analyst have estimated NNPCL market capitalization at around $108 Billion, that's almost your entire economy Shma2023 .

It's a fact. While MTN and Dangote were not amongst the top 4 tax paying companies from their revenues in Nigeria for 2022. NNPCL was number one and I think NLNG was number four. (I'll check for the link again). MTN was number 5 and Dangote around same level ( if you exclude his many tax rebates).
So no way MTN Nigeria can be bigger than both companies.

I can't wait for NNPCL to be listed on the stock exchange, either this year or next year.

Some analyst have put it's Market capitalization at around 50 trillion naira, that's around $108 Billion.
