ib4real95: just go to settings, then access point and remove your proxy adress and port. it worked for me.
Thanks man, that just made it possible for me to be able to receive files from whatsapp. Still can't send though, and all other problems still persist. Cheers

jemmiee: put on ur wifi hot spot n try opening playstore again grin
I've turned on the hotspot, still not working.. I followed @Ib4real95's suggestion of removing proxy address and port, that made it only possible for me to receive pics, still can't send files successfully though. Other challenges still there. Thanks

I just bought the Gionee P2 but haven't rooted it.I found out that when using droidvpn and MTN BIS, the only thing I can do successfully is surf the internet with the opera mini browser and text-chat on whatsapp.I can't access Play store. keeps bringing up the error message 'No Connection.. Retry'.YouTube also doesn't work while I cant send or receive files like pictures and videos or even voice messages on whatsapp.. Can just only text-chat on whatsapp..But when i subscribed for normal MTN data plan,I could do all of these. This was never the case with my previous phone, tecno N3.I could do all of these also without issues ,even though I use the same droidvpn app with MTN BIS..Anyone has/had similar issues, help a brother out please, cheers.

Emotional blackmail indeed lol. Well you've raised very thought-provoking points, but still you have to understand your partner's demeanor, if not some of these might easily backfire but if handled properly, it can bring about the much needed spark. Anyways relationships are not beds of roses. If it's meant to be, then it'd be. Love should conquer all. Cheers.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Swansea Vs Liverpool 2 - 2 On 16th September 2013 by Sheggy13(m): 8:09am On Sep 17, 2013
I've never been so much on the edge watching LFC like I was last night. I must confess we were lucky to force a draw out of that match. Well that's the hallmark of a great team, being able to get results even when you don't play really good. Still we could have broken Swansea 's back and make their home fans sulk in the dying seconds, had Aspas being a more competent striker. Seriously I'm already giving up on that guy. He has to justify his wages. Tbh, we need a replacement for Stevie Get asap, I don't think he can withstand this strain week-in week-out. Hopefully when Suarez returns, things will fall in place. Anyways glad we're still at the top of the summit. LFC rocks, YNWA!!

When Africa as a continent is being ravaged by HIV/AIDS and other STDs,the best they can come up with is a programme that showcases immorality and infidelity, and we wonder why this continent refuses to grow but still neck-deep in poverty, diseases hunger and war while people in other climes are working tirelessly to improve their society.
Sports › Re: Tyson Gay & Asafa Powell Fail Drug Tests by Sheggy13(m): 8:11am On Jul 15, 2013
I can tell you with absolute certainty that athletes in all sports take substances to give them an edge in their profession. They all do it and they've all been convinced by their coaches n health teams that it is within the rules. The white paper of banned substances in sports is quite extensive and probably only pharmacy pros and chemist would understand the extremely long list of chemicals and supplements in that list. We don't expect the athletes to go through the list, just not possible. They only put their trust in their team that brings "painkillers" or "diet supplements" for them to drink. Only very callous and selfish athletes like Marion Jones, Maurice Green and that fraud cyclist Lance Armstrong go out of their way and knowingly consume banned substances to give them the edge. Boxers dope, so do hockey players, track and field athletes, swimmers, soccer players, tennis players. They all do it. It's sad but that's the reality. The fact that they don't get caught often just shows the length these frauds go to cover their tracks. Some even pay hundreds of thousands of dollars every year for their doping regimen and most of them don't know cos someone on their team, probably the health guys and finance guys liase to write off tht expense as something less serious, unknown to the athletes.
Using the term "all athletes dope" is properostous.Only say what you are absolutely sure of.I guess you are involved in all sports perhaps being on their health or finance teams to uncover this "truth".Though very few might be implicated unknowing by members of their crew but you are responsible for what gets into your system. You can't claim to be that naive, especially in athletes-the sprints particularly. Was it not on the BBC or Dailymail website I read about that a Jamaican athlete who wants to sue a company that supplied them supplements in camp.It was reported that he did extensive research after being given the supplement, yet he went ahead to use it.Didnt he find out the supplement contained EPO? Veronica Campbell even as far as taking a diuretic which attempts to disguise the absence of banned substances. Why wouldnt Gay go further to tell the world how he was betrayed. The truth cant be concealed forever. My guy leave matter. They all wanna be super-humans,especially the yankees. I'd rather enjoy a race where people would run sub 11s and even 12 than watching cheats hitting ridiculous times.More I guess is ob the way.

abagoro: Why do we Africans have slave mentality? If it were in a Church or Mosque many of you would write all these. IMHO African religion is more real and adheres to the principle of obedience to law and agreement more than Christianity and Islam.
Would u have said this same thing if this had happened say in Ijebuland or Ibadan..you would have gone ahead to start a tribal e-war..just try to be honest for once and try to condemn this shameful occurrence,biko..smh for you

Lol, you just said believe the bible at the detriment of your soul, you didn't even quote one scripture, I guess you are relying on what your pastor or arch bishop told you is in the bible and you really haven't bothered to see it for yourself.

@blink,pls dont teach heresy..God does not condone sin.Since you are quoting Paul epistles, why dont u include Romans 6:1-15 especially verses 1 and 15 and Hebrews 10:26-33..What then? Shall we sin because we are no longer under law but under grace? Apostle Paul says God forbid..it is people like u that Apostle Peter was referring to in 2Peter 3:16 when he said they find it hard to understand Paul's teachings hence distort his words and God's word by implication.Shalom!

TechyGuy: Don't generalize because of your experience from one location compared to the entire Nigeria.
MTN has the biggest investment in Nigeria. Glo is supposed to be though, since they own MainOne which forms part of the back bone of GSM infrastructure in Nigeria.

MTN has about 40-45% of mobile subscriber base in Nigeria.

In my location, Etisalat is dead, not even a good 2G, Airtel is a bit okay, Glo is super fast and MTN is pretty good, I can get 200kb/s on my lappy and 500kb/s on my android phone.
I can't use Glo BB plans on my android and lappy but can use MTN and Airtel but MTN has more data (unlimited on my lappy grin) and fair usage of over 2GB on my android for just 1k, so I stay with MTN.
The fact is that MTN Super saver tariff is quite cheap. N6/min MTN to MTN and N15/min to other network. On my Glo, which I use a lot for calls, I call N15 flat to all networks, so I don't know how MTN is more expensive. In Data, it is cheaper, BB is cheaper, and calls are cheaper too. I actually feel they have the cheapest tariff.
please techyguy how do u activate unlimited browsing on ur laptop and get over 2GB data on ur android phone with MTN..i need to know pls wink
