olapluto: The substances help in weight loss...Not a big offence if you ask me. She probably overfed days before the competition. That wont affect her lifting. It's even worse.. don't u know weight lifting is divided into different weight categories meaning d drug would reduce her weight and make her compete in a category with lesser weight hence having unfair advantage over others in that categories cos in reality she weighs more than them.. really feel pity for her and the already battered image of Nigeria. |
onitshaigbo: 90% of those infected with Ebola will die from it, but the 10% who survive will be immune to it for the rest of their lives. This could really gel with the overpopulation problem we have in Nigeria. Imagine Nigeria with only 17 million inhabitants. It would be so rich. We would all be rich like Qataris and Emiratis.Fool!! Maybe you and your family will pioneer the 90% that will die from it while the rest of us will enjoy ur imaginary rich Qataris.. u think everything is a joke? Seun pls I wouldn't mind volunteering to help u implement a script to screen ages of people posting on this forum, and if possible ascertain their mental state. |
ZUBY77: Congrats to GEJ.What's there to congratulate him for, instead of congratulating the hardworking athlete who in the absence of proper funding for intensive training and exposure was still patriotic enough to go out there and do the nation proud ..seems u didn't read the part where it was written that lack of funds hampered their intensive training and exposure.. isn't the government responsible for providing those funds? If we perform below expectation this time, then the bucks should stop at his table.. u guys should stop making everything about GEJ.. try to be rational in your thought process and utterances.. cheers |
Agrika: Nothing spectacular about her looks...she looks "average" to me....just that she looks like someone that is sharp and brillant....unlike Our Madam Principal-na-only-you-waka-come zombie looks.Average indeed..we have seen your own pic..if u were any better, your statement would have been taken seriously.. quit the jealousy. |
pussyeater: It be like say na Olumide HarrisReally? Maybe so sha.. can't even remember anyone that goes by that name.. he must have surely been a colossal flop that I can't even put a picture to his name lol |
bigass: There was this guy that people thought could replace Okocha. He wears 10 plaits his hair. he became so fat. i have forgotten his nameThat's Wilson Oruma.. lol |
Idiotic ethnic bigots on the loose here..seems they've just been released from their cage this morning.. since when did a Nigerian crime in the diaspora become a strictly Yoruba thing..Fools, and majority of them reside in Yorubaland and harbour such hate in their heart towards their neighbours. I guess any ill news regarding a Yoruba gives them instant orgasm.. the saintly tribe my ass ..cowards and hypocrites!! |

tola9ja: I can't blame you because u don't understand a single verse of the bible may be u will unerstand this 1st corinthians 1:25 because of the foolishness of godSee a Muslim telling me I don't understand a verse of the Bible cos I exposed your inferior comprehension ability. What has 1st Corinthians 1:25 got to do with the issue at hand: violence of Islam. Don't get me started on u pls, just eff off. |
I've been going through your comments and I come to one conclusion, 'here is a man trying so hard to paint Islam black' For starters, am a Muslim. If you are really sincere about understanding without sentiment the seemingly 'weird' or 'horrific' tales or stories you hear about Islam, pick up the translated source(Qur'an) of those 'horrific practices' and scrutinize it. Going about with hearsay and half-baked truth is the worst venom eating us in this society of ours. Many of us, with little knowledge of our own religion will join in the mockery of other faiths, it's pathetic in this age. God, Allah, Jehovah, is all powerful and all-wise. HE can make us all faithful of a single religion if HE so wishes, why fight for GOD in a distasteful way? Preach your religion to others in peaceful way and don't go outta your way to stir enmity between different believers. BH kills majorly muslims, do you still believe they are muslims? ool,u didn't bother to read the whole passage from verse 12 to know Jesus was telling the people a parable of a king and his servants he gave talents to trade with when he embarked on a journey.. The same Jesus fixed back the ears of someone who was speaking ill against him when Peter cut it off.. He is not violence personified unlike your blood sucking prophet.. This is why people like u fail comprehension passage cos u can barely understand just 15 verses of the Bible. you related with Muslim in real life or try to read up about Islam? Let's stop all these religious bigotry and think about the solution to the problem in our country, collectively #peace. [/quote U can start to think about the solution by first publicly denouncing and rebuking Boko haram and other numerous Islamic terrorist group. There must be a loophole in your religion that these guys are exploiting to unleash this mayhem for promised future gains cos I believe they are not all insane to tread this same path of destruction. U saying Boko haram kill majorly Muslims is a big lie. It's on record that majority of the villages and towns they attack are Christian dominated places. Chibok still comes to mind. |
tola9ja: Luke 19:27 jesus said all my enemy that they want me to reign bring them and slaughter them infront of me is that not a word class violenceFool,u didn't bother to read the whole passage from verse 12 to know Jesus was telling the people a parable of a king and his servants he gave talents to trade with when he embarked on a journey..It was the said king that made that statement not Jesus. The same Jesus fixed back the ears of someone who was speaking ill against him when Peter cut it off.. He is not violence personified unlike your blood sucking prophet.. This is why people like u fail comprehension passage cos u can barely understand just 15 verses of the Bible. |
idris4r83: the same bible in luke 19vs27 says "But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me".Fool,u didn't bother to read the whole passage from verse 12 to know Jesus was telling the people a parable of a king and his servants he gave talents to trade with when he embarked on a journey.. The same Jesus fixed back the ears of someone who was speaking ill against him when Peter cut it off.. He is not violence personified unlike your blood sucking prophet.. toprealman: Junior minister? Thought they appointed Shekarau, former Kano state governor as the the new minister for education or do we now have senior and junior ministers in Nigeria?Have u heard of the words "Minister of State for Finance, Defense etc.." Obanikoro, Former Lagos Guber Aspirant is currently a junior minister. |
Guykhena: Double standard? Really?Your analogy is funny.. so you're equating Biting to murder and career threatening tackle to stealing.. Despite the bite,Chiellini was able to finish that match and doing fine wherever he is now , even feeling pity for Suarez cos of d harsh punishment afterwards but can u say the same for Onazi.. He'll never wish Matuidi well cos that tackle may as well end his career and the pains will still be there..What just compounded Suarez 's case was that it had become habitual but when u compare the harm done to the victims' careers ,you'd know his is just a child's play.. look at it from that angle, cheers |
Walexsammy: pls dnt let me call u a fool....someone is handling a fedefal government parastal and ure here spewing rubbish, instead of u to analyse what the topic is all about and condem her act if guilty, ure sayin rubbish, this is why dis our great country will neva be developed...tribalism everywia...mtchewwWhat has happened to some NL's sense of humour. Can't you tell when someone is being sarcastic? What can u deduce from the tone of the post. The laughing smiley says it all. Read properly next time please.Cheers. |
igbo boy: why do you yorubas like to shook your mouth in Niger Delta affairs? Uduaghan don mortgage our future to OBJ farms, that one never do una reach? They don't know how to pay back support yet they wrestled with the Northern hierarchy who tried to still hang on to a dying Yar'Adua, voted en masse for GEJ in 2011 despite voting in ACN in other positions. When they discovered they mistook GEJ to be someone that would look beyond ethno-centric party politics in his dealings by virtue of divine providence and colossal support; and doesn't have the interest of their region at heart, they had to jump ship, simples. The bigoted ones amongst the people of SE should please leave Deltans to choose who they want. Don't import your tribal and clannish politics of hate, bitterness, intolerance and us vs them mentality there please. You have no stakes there. "Awolowo" and "Amala and Ewedu" party my foot. |
anonimi: Where did u pull your COMPARATIVE statistics from -NPC websiteWhat's your point exactly? Did you just migrated from Mars to know what he said is the reality. It's like asking someone to show you an evidence that you're a male..Will you get that from any site? How many Nigerian websites are regularly updated by the way. Please face the issue at hand and stop currying for cheap likes from shallow-minded people like you. |
not only a failure but equally a heartless, igbo-hating nonentity
When he "deported " more people from Osun state before the Anambra saga, he wasn't an Igbo hater then but has suddenly become one. When will you lot stop tailing Fashola and hold your Orji or Obi accountable rather than giving them one praise-name or the other?..Pathetic and sentimental beings.. |
Uyi Iredia: He is Tinubu's errand boy. I heard some health workers say that the Health commissioner in his cabinet was once Tinubu's chaffaeur when he went on exile to the US. Besides, their way of ruling is similar, it's too obvious he is Tinubu's godson.@op, I initially wanted to take you seriously cos I thought u created this thread for objective criticism and discussion but this stupid comment of yours shows you're just a Fashola hater who see him no more than a mere errand boy and hence want these people who can't hold any of the nonperforming governors of their state of origin to task, to descend on him with hateful and spiteful comments; hence making them to have a jolly free ride. You refer to a governor of the most populated and complex state as an errand boy yet you want him to do miracles. In your bid to show how much you despise him, you even had to wrongly quote teachers' salaries based on hear-say without verification; still making the above comment based on the same hear-say and you claim to be educated. How many state governors came out of the blues? Most were associates of their predecessors. Is that what you mean by being an errand boy? Nobody is saying Fashola is the all and all but has done some things that are commendable and needs to be encouraged and still criticised objectivity to hold him to task and sit up. How many of these idiots who have contributed largely to Lagos problems with their unending immigration with no economic benefits, have opened threads to berate their state governors? In their small little world, only theirs is good enough, things from other places are mediocre yet they refuse to stop trooping in there in their droves. |
Digitron: One thing i have learnt from nairaland is that the yorubas are in control of the media, they will do anything to exonerate their man. What has the Yoruba controlling the media got to do with this thread?..GEJ replied OBJ's letter and the Op who goes by the name Obiagu and who affirms he's from the east created this thread to accuse OBJ of Murtala's death from his own reasoning without giving any link to the Yoruba media you're accusing.. Your hatred for Yorubas could not even make you read through the thread and understand what is being discussed instead you chose to spew out your usual drunken rants. |
tellwisdom: Na only Ibadan Boiz and abokis go buy amNL has silly people sha..can't imagine someone will tribalize something as small as a phone.. which one Onitsha boys dey buy cos I don't need to be told before I know your tribe..the chestbeating tribe who in their own eyes are superior to every other humans on earth..Watch it dude, that thing u are smoking ain't good for your health, really making paranoid..I've yet to see an intelligent comment from u on any thread. |
kayswag100: y'all,You guys were only relevant cos of your cheaper browsing plan that accommodated all devices. Otherwise you're no match for MTN, Etisalat and even glo.. Those ones don't need marketers to beg you on the streets to use their SIMs cos they have a semblance of good network signal and data quality as per Nigerian standards unlike Airtel. So comparing Airtel to them is just being overambitious.. Anyways just watch how your SIMs will litter trash cans across the country onward few weeks from now and perhaps you'll sell off to a new company again like it's your norm lol.. |
ladepete: But why do you guys have to insult OP. Though he actually sounded arrogant. But he passed a good info...you don't have to waste ur mb.Stop defending what you know little about..I left the UK some months ago this year and I was using both a bb and an android phone..Both subscriptions were charged at the same price from the T mobile network on a pay as you go basis.I paid 20 pounds each for both on a 6 month basis, that's like £3.33 (less than 850 naira) per month with enough data and the benefit of tethering on a PC..Why can't the likes of Airtel do that here, or is it a different Google there, from your explanation.. It's just pure greed. These folks know they can get away with anything here, that we would just rant and that's all. Of course there's Airtel in India but I'm quite sure they cant try this nonsense there..Our leaders and regulators have sold us out to these foreign companies.. What stops us from having affordable broadband all over the country. Same is happening with DSTV..really smh for this country, it's a pity tho. |
Please lend me some money as I'm damn broke now. |
pmc01: Did you drop out of school or something like that? Please, pardon my asking. Can't you distinguish between recommend and sentenced? They are always quick to display their half education. Perhaps he's wiser than the over 300 honourable members of the house of reps that made that recommendation and should be employed to teach them their statutory duties.. Has he seen any Yoruba person come here to say he's our brother, efcc should leave him alone unlike you guys shamelessly defending a compromised minister because in their puerile words she's our sister that gave us an airport that will make Yorubas suffer as Lagos Airport will become useless since we're the only ones that travel..bunch of clowns. |
