Where were you when Saraki was spearheading the fall of great Gej?i. Then Saraki was a saint and your hero and today he failed to be a stooge to any body and you wants him remove. May that mouth you used to insult Igbos never says anything good in your life again. Idiotic tribal bigot like you. Good analysis in retrospect. You are the man! |

In my church it is being thought that when one is fasting one should abstain from sex be it your wife or not. Based on this, I see our Matrimonial Bed as not been holy to rest or lay on while praying. Although after my my wedding, I bought new bed and foam and carried the one I used for my bachelor hood to the visitors bedroom. |

If you like cry & wail till thy Kingdom come, it can't change a shit. Better live with it and wait for the crumb that will drop from the table. His wailing and crying will yield big positive effect. Do you expect him to fold his arms, shut his mouth and watch Buhari rule Nigeria the way he likes. His wailing will go a long to make meaningful and reasonable Nigerians with unbiased views to raise their voice in dissatisfaction . The voice of the masses is the voice of God. Let's stop playing politics of tribe and religion and put Nigeria first always. God bless us! |

HungerBAD: A time bomb? Herein lies the problem.
Nominate one man from the East with integrity, and we can search from Ngwa, to Abakakili, and we will not see one person.
The problem is not just to nominate, an Ibo man because of the federal character policy, the problem would be to find one, that is in tune with the CHANGE Slogan.
To the cry babies of Biafra here. Please, as a matter of public discuss and enlightenment, please nominate one Eastern man here on the pages of Nairaland, you think has integrity.
I did not say two, just one. Must you always exhibit calumny in public forums? How can you in your rightful senses think the Igbos don't have men and women of integrity. I need not go far, I will start from myself. I know the position I hold in my organization today which people from other tribes previously held with high records of incompetency and crass misappropriation betraying the trust reposed in them. I as an Igbos man made to resign but it was resisted and my salary doubly increased because of my integrity. If you hate the Igbos and think you can spew any rubbish about them then you are ignorant because they are and will remain the best tribe in Nigeria. Inspite of the neglect, they still remain above board. I urge u to withdraw your assertion that Igbos don't have people of good reputation. All tribes and ethnic groups in the country have good and bad people. Think positive! |

It shows that the earlier publicized passport of Sahara reporters was forged by APC mischief makers to tarnish the image of our dear Senate president. APC should and their cohorts should try another channel. But I know Saraki will still be vindicated. Watch out how the CCT matter will be a waste of time. |

All of a sudden they realized that Nigeria was built on a shaky foundation just because their clueless benefactor lost an election. They want everybody to wail and kick with them because a Hausa/fulani(their perceived enemy) is now in power, no the Yoruba's are not stvpid neither are we silly. We know why some certain people are crying up and down and also shouting secession.
Talking about the unitary government we are running today, who was the architect of the unitary system? Who destroyed our regional system of government and imposed a very selfish system of government on us?
Was it not an iboman, aguiyi ironsi? Well only fools that never knew the history of Nigeria will take the people from the southeast any serious

I don't think they know the level of damages that has been done to this country by the outgone govt. If they knew, they would even want to consult heaven for solution. What level of dilapidation are you talking about? Is it not clear to you that Buhari appears confused as to how to tackle Nigeria's problems? He has made so many promises without showing positive steps on how to achieve them. He should just stop talking and put words into action. Is it not also clear to you that since his taking over the seat of power Boko Haram activities have ecalated? People criticizing his early consultations on other countries are people that have experience in governance, so if they speak don't dispute them. You sound intelligent and I respect your write up. Honestly I am one of the many Nigerians who feel president Jonathan was betrayed. But as you intelligently put it, we need each other. Many Nairalanders who rant and spew all sorts of rubbish own to bias, tribalism and bigotry should take a clue from your write up and be matured. Abayhormy: Yes, looking @ this man Gej, I just wonder why he allowed over confidence of the PDP ruling party/ power thing to prevent him from being grateful for the love that we showed him in 2011 polls.
I am Yoruba and a Christian, I wholeheartedly and lovingly voted for Jonathan in 2011, Against buhari and all other candidates, I was particularly happy when Atiku lost to him in the PDP primaries; but Alas, his performance especially in the aspect of corruption/impunity made me changed my mind concerning him because I was disappointed. Now I voted against him just like every true lover of our nation's progress will. But what we get from mischievous PDP is inciting our brothers from SS & SE to believe their "brother" was betrayed.
This is unfair for millions of southwesterners and even Northcentral/ Middlebelt Nigerians that truly believed in Gej and was on His side to herald the fact that a South South candidate must be given Nigeria's support to rule Nigeria, and hence voted him(In 2011).
Our South East Brothers especially are really getting it all wrong.
It was never about the West backing a Northern agenda. They argue the West did not criticize Obasanjo.
The level of awareness now in 2015 is different from the level of awareness as at 2003 when Obasanjo contested for second term. The social media was not yet alive then. Facebook was created in 2004, somany of the other blogs and our flexible access to the Internet came latter too.
Even then(2003), so many people dint have access to independent news broadcast like Channels & others. How many people had Dstv then, MAJORITY were all stuck to NTA, and thus cannot be really informed on the wrongs of Obasanjo. I repeat again, the level of awareness now is different from then.
Let's not give the Devil a chance. With proper leadership, we All need each other. One of the biggest Deposit of Iron ore in the world(said to be better than Japan's own) is in Ajaokuta(Kogi state-North central), Somany food items we need and consume are most suitably grown on the savannah soil of the farther North(E.g, Beans, Onions, groundnut, etc), The West has the only suitable land for cocoa, the major survival resource of the largest and most successful French speaking African country- Ivory coast. Oil deposits was discovered in Lagos, but no adequate commitment yet from any of our government to conduct more research and expand our oil deposit base the way US did recently and they stopped needing our oil.
Gold deposit is in Ilesa-South West. Gold is the leading natural resource of South Africa which many of us run to en mass for greener pastures, Tin is in Jos, Coal is in Enugu, Oil is in South South, How many can I mention? We ALL Need Each Other.
I Pray God will give us Unity, and Proper leadership, which we Lack, Need, Which I Crave For, and which informed many Nigerians Political Choice for Change in the recent past elections. May God Almighty Help us. Amen. |
