Good evening all the wonderful mamas, please I am scarscared of carelessness from my hospita, I have had experiences from them and also recently heard bad news about them being careless. I live at Ketu in Lagos. Please, who can recommend a good hospital I can change too and foes anyone know if afromedical hospital at gbagada is ok. I am 24 weeks gone now and I feel the earlier I change the better.

I am fair skinned and the line is showing like a white line on a mountain. Very dark like that, didn't even spare my navel, it crossed it too and m 24 weeks gone. I guess its different strokes for different folks. My own ish now is pain around my pubic bone and joints around my tigh, hurts when I get up and walk. Then is there anything like too much exercise, I think I climb stairs too much at work. Any side effect? Nurse kaffy4bil, how much is consultation fee?

Yaayyyyy, u should have seen the way i screamed at work when i saw this post, congratulations mama, God will make him a source of blessing to you and his generation.

Here is my 1 dollar suggestion on the keeping in touch thing, I think for security reasons and to protect everyone's privacy, the first step should be to share our location first, I first met my friend nurse kaffy4bill on this thread and we shared location, area first then street, note not house number, then from there when we noticed we stay close, we sent mails to get more details and now, she's my one and only friend in the area, she's been very helpful and nice to me.
So we can start by sharing location and from there people within same area find themselves and if there's no one around your area then we can think of other options for you.

Good Morning wonderful and blessed women, please i am scared to my pants here, i woke up with abdominal pain in d middle of the night, drank lots of water, it later went down but i also noticed i have been feeling baby kicks but didnt fell it like before yesterday and up till this mrg, usually when i get to work and sit the kicks are kinda much but nothing since, should i be scared and rush to the hospital?

Also my baby just dey close leg and doesn't want me to know d sex, won't it be hard shopping without knowing the sex and please which is preferable, wooden or plastic cot? Plus I love this thread, and please does anyone have experience or know if inland specialist hospital is good, first time mom.

From experience, better stay off, what you don't know won't kill you. Everytime I check my spouses phone i get heartbroken that it affects me for days, I just told myself if I want my marriage to last, no matter how tempted I am I won't check the phone. Gallery alone is heartbreakimg not to talk of messages. So my advice always keep off.

@mytestimony,not all babies take the pacifier but if your baby has the tendency to suck her lips, fingers or tongue. You can use the pacifier. My nephew doesn't sleep without it in his mouth but his sister never accepted it for one day

Hello Doctor,please I need help, I v been battling with discharge that has a terrible smell, went in for a scan lately and revealed that my pouch of douglas is not free,so I did HVS test and it revealed a fungal infection. Was placed on drugs and one had to be inserted bt inbtw I saw my period so I had to stop till my period was over. Now v finished d medications, though there's no foul smell again bt there's still discharge, wat can I do, its freaking me out and becoming embarassing plus m neat so I don't think it has to do with hygeine

We usually don't have light during the day and when the gen is on by 7pm, dad holds the remote and we start with local news by 7pm, ait news by 8pm, nta news by 9pm, channels news by 10pm and gen is off by 11pm. So annoying only dad watches, mum has given up and plays scrabble on her laptop while I read novel and ping in my room.

So she has to tell her husband formally before the husband should know he ought to place his mum and his wife on their levels. Like seriously, use ur brain.it doesn't have to be formal.

I think before it got to this stage, she must have had a lot to put up with. Some mil can behave like monsters and act as if the wife is just a baby mama, loyal to their son and sometimes the grandchildren alone making the wife feel unwelcomed and all. I think its the husband who didn't do the right thing, he should have kept everybody in their place. The mil cooking for the house shouldn't be a big deal bt it should be when she cooks for only the son or when she keeps saying negative things when the wife cooks. Most men don't know how to balance mother and wife. Your mother cannot perform the role of your wife bt your wife can perform the role of your mother. Let your dad love his wife and you also love your wife and respect her. If you place your wife well before your mother, a sane woman will respect her mil and welcome her anytime as long as she's no TROUBLE

You know they say most women when they meet a good guy, they take him for granted and later fall in the hands of a player. I think its worse with men. Men see a good girl, take her for granted, act like she's just there simply because the lady aint giving him stress and then when the lady eventually breaks up with them that's when they know the ladys worth. True that we don't know the value of what we have until we loose it.
