To build a business in Nigeria, you must be your government ( providing healthcare, security, water, electricity etc.) with funds that could have been diverted to increase workers' pay.

A class of may be 20 Students paying N297,000/term is N5,940,000/term and their teacher is paid just 165,000 for the term, if it's 3months is just too paltry about 2.7%.

For those who have run real businesses, electricity cost alone is a major headache and killer. Employers should be more open in showing their employees the financial reports. Also, the capital for the business did not drop from the moon. Many business owners have huge loans to pay back and the interest rate is no joke.
