Your argument cannot simply be that this exclusion is "reality". It was once reality that a person of mixed race (African & Caucasian) heritage could NOT be elected to the US presidency. That changed in 2008. It was once reality that a person of non-Caucasian descent could NOT be elected as UK premier. That changed in 2022.
