Does Obi have superior experience to make him Kwankwaso’s boss?
Obi should have been his VP to work his way into the hearts of northerners as a reliable friend ….his payday would have been better guaranteed 8 years from now!!

Tinubu best bet would have been supporting Osinbajo, that was the same person Obasanjo wanted but as it stands with all him scoring his own goal, it will not end well.

Tinubu deciding to visit Obasanjo is not tantamount to being “humbled”. He could still realise his ambition even without Obasanjo’s help. After all, the Yoruba have never regarded Obasanjo as their Leader in the same mould as Awolowo.
The visit was more beneficial to Obasanjo than it was for Tinubu. You need to be better schooled in the concept of Yoruba Omoluabi!

Endemic Corruption in all strata of society, illiteracy, tribalism, banditry/kidnapping, fake religionism (in both Christianity & Islam) and Devotion to Self as opposed to Love of neighbour & country…..to mention a few!
Even if Buhari & his APC leave the scene tomorrow, and an Angel descends from the sky to govern the place, Nigeria may not be turned into Eldorado in the next 20 years as it is presently constituted and structured. As they say, water don pass garri!
Nigeria is a perfect example of an incongruous, non-homogenous and unwieldy entity that can only function after a surgical operation which the largely complacent people and their docile leadership are unwilling to undertake.
The country needs to be split into several “homogeneous nations” capable of sustaining themselves as happened with the USSR and other countries in Europe. Sorry for being so pessimistic but as we lay our bed, so we lie on it!! cool

So, it is not uhuru yet for those who want to jubilate about a ‘structureless’ party winning an election!!

Nigeria is a secular and egalitarian society for a reason. Every tribe deserves to produce the president of the country. It gives sense of belonging and maintains peace in a multiethnic society.

Since you trust PDP and have been labouring for them for so long, why didn’t PDP give the presidential ticket to Obi or Wike?
They still took it back to the North even after Buhari’s 8 years. The North can rule forever as far as PDP is concerned, eh? huh

The idea of ‘Respect for Elders’ hardly exists in the Oyinbo man’s dictionary….it’s an African thing because they see Age as a mark of Wisdom. It is also not part of African culture to attempt to ridicule your Elders because in your imagination you believe you can push them aside and usurp their position or authority.
That was why VP Osinbajo’s recent action was frowned upon by most Omoluabis in Yorubaland.
