Please my visa application is locked and I can not edit. I really need to make some changes. Does anyone know how I can unlock it? Please Please |
It may not even have anything to do with any of what you are thinking of. Once had a friend that had several miscarriages until it was discovered that it was as a result of Rhesus factor incompatibility between the mother and foetus. I personally don't think the infection she has is what's causing the miscarriages and not all infections are gotten through sexual transmission. |
I actually agree with this. It's obvious he would love to be president but I think in the end, he'd support someone else. tommy589: |
Please I have a question, if a school decides against issuing CAS because of a previous visa refusal, do they carry out a background check or it may just be their policy not to issue CAS to someone previously refused? Thanks |
naptu2:You are very correct. He can read about the flooding that occurred in Ibadan in August 2011. Sure they are trying to prevent something similar. |
Fk1987:No you can't. Just you or your parents unless the said sibling is legal guardian |
Please can I use a combination of my parent's account and my account for POF? |
richiemcgold:I personally don't think BAT will run. It's obvious he is eyeing that office but I see him dropping his ambition for someone else. |
Good day all. Please what would suffice as details of previous employment. I had this guy I worked with sometime ago and he recently reach out to me that he was planning to apply to a school in the UK. He doesn't have a BSc but from what he told me the school he wants to apply to considers people with a minimum number of years of working experience which he said he has. The thing is that the company we both worked for at the time no longer exists as the owner passed away a few years ago and everything went belly up after. He was employed as a contract staff then via a community slot and there was no employment letter issued to those employed through that route and their renumeration was paid in cash so basically there is no record of him working for the coy. Now that he can't get a reference letter and was never given an employment letter, please what else can he submit as evidence of previous employment. |
Men should get more involved. Our role is more than just bringing money to the table. No woman can turn your children against you if you are involved. There are activities that I do alone with my son, I attend his school PTA meetings (since I have been going, just one other man has attended), I sometimes go to pick him up from school. When he started talking, I was the first person that was able to understand what he was saying. He usually stays with me in the evenings till it is time for him to go to bed. It didn't start that way though, I used to travel a lot, sometimes away for months but one of those times I came back home, I noticed a lot of things I thing like and felt were not right so had to cut back on my traveling and thankfully I was able to convince my boss at the time to allow me work 50% remotely. |
Please do you have replacement battery for Folio 9470m? |
staga:Some women worked in the 80s and 90s but the kind of work they did were the ones that gave them time for their families e.g teaching. Others had shops just in front of their houses so they could take care of the home easily. I think the right thing to say is that the type of work they do now is different which is not necessarily a bad thing. Even the virtuous woman described in the Prov 31 was a working woman who was still able to balance things. True that women should not be the one bearing the burden of providing for the family but life happens, the man may suffer job loss or downturn in fortunes. What is not right is for the man to sit back and not try to get back on his feet ASAP. |
There is actually a medical condition called Abulia, an absence of willpower or an inability to act decisively, a symptom of schizophrenia or other mental illness. |
So you are simply projecting a bad experience you had with your Cousin's wife on another woman without knowing what really transpired. Your bitter heart no make you think straight again. Imagine saying "women (wives) are not to be treated with much respect. Disrespect to your cousin's wife is disrespect to your cousin. Your cousin and his wife are one and you obviously never respected that and the lady put you in your place. Entitled human being. anastasius: |
IamGreen1:The police officer was standing in midst of protesters and suddenly charged towards a particular direction and was shot. Although the video I watched did not show the exact time he was shot but you could infer from the comments of people around and many at the time did not know he was a police officer. My conclusion is that he was killed by one of colleagues as no video online captured any violent conduct from the protesters. |
montumonami:Lol but it was never compared to Lekki though but truth is Ikot Ekpene is a nice place. Very good road network and good link roads to Abak and Uyo. I particularly like the Ikot Ekpene to Abak dual carriage and consider it one of the best roads I have travelled on. |
Rosskii:No party is set in Akwa Ibom without Coconut rice. My favourite was white soup and pounded yam. Lived in both Ikot Ekpene and Eket but stayed longer in Eket. Really enjoyed my time in Akwa Ibom. Praise and worship is very enjoyable in their churches especially Qua Iboe Church and other core Akwa Ibom churches. They are generally good people and are very neat. Their peppersoup rice is very nice too but Isam was a no no for me and I think that's why I wasn't really into the other soups. |
GGO is leading with a margin of over 70k with 5 LGAs to go. Congrats to him. |
martineverest:I wish you knew Oba Adeyeye before he became Ooni. That's how he does and being an Ooni for a few years won't just take those things away. He has always been a very respectable person. Ooni did not disrespect himself, he greeted others as well and they stood as a show of respect towards him. |
Rutherford2019:They were victims of tradition not the law. This Supreme court ruling seeks to correct that anomaly by setting a precedence for referencing by similar cases. The constitution supercedes any culture or tradition so it will always be a win win for the female gender that choose to fight this in court. |
One of the things that we really need to respect in Nigeria is that people have a right to change their minds. Our opinions and convictions on certain matters or issues can change based on new evidence or information, paradigm shift or even a change in situation. It is even possible that the statement was taken out of context based on what we know about journalism in Nigeria. I wish I could read the full article |
Dogogo1900:Calling them fools is a little bit harsh though. Truth is that majority of the people involved in the political space think in terms of election cycles. From the moment the last election cycle was concluded, plans were already set in motion towards 2023. A lot of alignments, re-alignments and permutations all geared towards the next election cycle are going on as we speak. |
Nauttyprof:Well I think you got her message all wrong and mixed up. By saying a man can get sex outside or from a prostitute does not mean she is encouraging or endorsing adultery, it simply means there is something more important to a man than sex and food which is her main point of emphasis. There is the place of experience which is what the older women have to offer. Try talk to older women, if you know any that had problems in their marriage and ask them what they feel went wrong or what they feel they could have done differently and hear what they have to say. We can avoid similar situations by learning from the experiences of others and that's a key lesson from that passage. Please note that she would have counselled a lot of people in her many years of being a Pastor. Another reference for you. To the rest I say this (I, not the Lord): If a brother has an unbelieving wife and she is willing to live with him, he must not divorce her. 1 Corinthians 7:12. You can also check verse 25. Paul gave instructions concerning matters even though he clearly stated he did not receive anything from the Lord. Does that make those instructions invalid? Or can we call them "thought or cooked up" instructions by Paul? |
Nauttyprof:3In the same way, teach older women to be ·holy [reverent] in their behavior, not ·speaking against [slandering; gossiping about] others or enslaved to ·too much wine [excessive drinking], but teaching what is good. 4 Then they can ·teach [train] the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be ·wise [sensible; self-controlled] and pure, to be ·good workers at home [devoted to home life], to be kind, and to ·yield [submit] to their husbands. Then no one will be able to ·criticize [discredit; malign; blaspheme] the ·teaching God gave us [word of God]. Titus 2:3-5 Based on the referenced passage above, she is doing exactly what the Bible told her to do, teach the younger women how to relate to their husbands. Secondly, I think she is qualified to speak on the matter because she is a teacher of the word and an older woman. |
yellowman2225:I like your point but the truth is that Religion and tribe both play significant roles in Nigeria's politics. There was a time in Osun state when both the governor and deputy were Christians (Oyinlola and Erelu Obada). While the SW are not fanatical and are more tolerant when it comes to religion, I feel a lot of people will favour a Christian candidate. Secondly, I think an ideal candidate should have a good spread of acceptability across the regions. |
TheRareGem1:If you have actually met Peter Obi before, you will never argue about him being simple and frugal. They are not bad qualities at all. Those qualities are 2 of the many that have made him very popular and even when you hear him speak, he places a lot of emphasis on cutting the cost of governance. I was once at the airport and 3 guys were arguing whether he was the one or not because they saw Peter Obi traveling unaccompanied as a governor. On another occasion at the airport, they practically shutdown our terminal and delayed our flight because Godswill Akpabio was traveling. |
kcnwaigbo:Well I restricted it to the SW and SE mainly because those are the zones that have been most insistent on the 2023 presidency but feel free to add anyone from the SS. |
So I created this thread to sample peoples opinions on potential Southern Presidential Candidates for 2023 and what we think their area of strength is or why we think they would make a good president. Let's limit it to the South West and South East since they seem to be main contenders. You can use keywords or just give a simple and brief explanation. Thanks as we keep it civil. As an example Peter Obi, South East. Frugality, Simplicity, Economic Diversification, etc Akinwunmi Adesina, South West Yemi Osinbajo, South West Chukwuma Soludo, South East Kingsley Moghalu, South East Kayode Fayemi, South West |
deolurexy1:You are wrong. I stay in Nigeria. Not that I am not bothered but what I won't do is to take out my frustration on a fellow citizen like myself. The country's situation is not encouraging at all which is the truth but insulting people here and there won't change that. My philosophy is simple, always do what is right in my sphere of influence. May not be a big sphere but it's something. I don't bother about what is beyond me. I am a young man and don't want to die young from carrying Nigeria's matter for head. |
deolurexy1:Apparently, I wasn't the only one that commented on your post being off topic but you chose to abuse both I and the other person that made similar comments. Congratulations to you on this great achievement of yours. You seem like someone that's hurting and bitter. Neither I, the other poster, Osinbajo nor this government are the source of your problems. Even in your response, you still manage to bring NBC and this government into an unrelated topic. May God be merciful to you and help you out of your frustration. And for your information, I don't watch reality shows of any kind. |
