You have to pay now before you can read news on The Punch newspapper online. After paying for the internet connectivity i think its absurd to still be paying to view and read news on the internet Despite the revenue they gain from advert. We have tens of free news pappers on the net and i think punch does not have any special news that deserved paying for online. What should we say of CNN, BBC, SKY NEW, The sun, Guardian, The nation , Leadership etc. Pls can somebody advice them

It all depend on the buz operation and administration. I work in oil and gas , a servicing coy. and its a One man Business. We have good system in place. Viable HR, accting, admin etc. If the coy have a workable system and they operate on best practice and there QaQc is in tact pls go for the engineering Job. What are they providing ? what service do they offer ? Will you be going to the Rig (Platform), are u a field Eng?, which dept are u posted to (is it a place to gain experience ?)  Do they pay regularly ? .  Confirm all this b4 u leave Banking job. Do they promote yearly bc . Is the owner a politician ? Check the current staff, do they have cars? Do they have loan system for staff. In my coy u r entitle to .5m yearly as soft loan.

We have our coperate mail server hosted in USA by our ISP. I want to deploy a local mail server to downloads all mail before staffs come in, in the morning to get their mails. I hv a working domain controller with more than 100pc clients and with ISA server as firewall. I have a mandate to design an home page or wellcome page each time users login into the domain with their credentials on their systems. The idea is that the company want to have an home page where staffs can read information on the wellcome page after loging in. I am not into web design but networking so i dnt knw hw to go about this task. So if any body have an idea or guide pls kindly help me pls.

Thanks for all your suggestions. I would hv answer all your question but needless since i hv resolved the problem.
I had try some of the suggestion above which didnt work. Eventually, since the ISA server is also the dchp server, I jst deleted the dhcp server service and install it again and define new cope with the same IP range and all dhcp set up. I restart the server and all get IP

I have limited or no connectivity problem. so domain member can obtain ip from the ISA dhcp server and some domain client cannot obtain IP. If i assign static ip to those that can not obtain ip thru dhcp, they broswe. IF u hv any idea abt this pls do

My colleagues I have some challenges here concerning domain controller. I recently migrated all my clients to domain and now as a domain member, they cant change their system date and time. This is very critical to our operation and it is threatening the new network topology. I will be glad if u guys can put me thru all i can allow individual member to change date and time at will. I didnt create any GP as regard that and i hv tried to allow that in the default group policy still it doesnt work.
