Pls how do I go about it. I knw any little information will help me. i can easily learn smthing and try it. How do i achiev this.
Do i need a webserver, how do i go abt it

I have laptop with Vista of 100gb Hardisk I partitioned it and load XP without touching the Vista. At Booting it is not showing me option for dual booting.
i mean the OS to select that is either Vista or XP

bigrovar, i cant find it on that link. it only contains the situation where u want to install xp at fresh or partinioning without xp pre loaded.
it mention it on that link and refers to that case ast lession 2. i cant find lesson 2 .

Bigrovar what of the situation where you hav a laptop and it is not partitioned at all and windows xp is installed on it. do u hv guide to that effect ?

Ralvy, It is a Laptop not a clone sys.

My colleagues's laptop was booted up with a flash drive that has virus. Now the system is having problem in loading the desktop.
After logging in with user account name and password, when it is about to load the desktop, it will just show Hibernating , saving document and shutdown. It keep on repeating the same problem. Any help in the House ? "(WIN XP)

I hv try so many hing and system restore still it could not solve it.
the system restore cannot be completed bc no changes at that restore point. I hv tried many restore points.

Chief Ralvy, i am an advance user ok. I hv done all that. thru regedit, there was no value at HKCU, navigate to Software>Microsoft>Windows>Currentversion>Run ". When I get to RUN i click on it no value came at the other window (panel).I also search thru msconfig i cant fine that files and its directory there.
I did all this at safe mode. i can see u are online can we IM ?

My man it will not work. U cant use another serial n0. of a software to work with another. ordinarily u can install the pirated vista on your laptop it will work but remember u cant update and u will have problem in installing some hardwares

I have this caption on my friends Laptop at start up complaining of Isass.exe file. I have tried to can for virus with

This is a bit complicated. Does Sys A has a firewall on it ? maybe Antivirus or smthing of that nature. or Sys B. Can U
ping Sys A from others ? Request timeout error is a situation where u are ping the wrong IP ADD in same Network.
remove the sys, replaced it with another try and see

If they are in the same subnet you should be able to ping it. Check if both sys are properly connected to the Hub/switch.
confirm the both IP Add. very well. Type ipconfig/all to get details of the Ip and try it again. What kind of error message are u getting ?
Request timeout ? Destination host unreachable? hardware error ? Let me know.
