Players like perreira, young and fred will give you results like this. This match really exposed the lack of quality at manchester united, Fred and perreira are not good enough and won't be. Were they coached to move the ball so sluggishly  Our attackers don't move well to drag the defence out of position. Why can't keshi bring on board a good technical analyst to help him. He is so off tactically. Don't know when musa and mikel will grow up in terms of their passing and shooting. Has keshi gotten to his climax with Nigeria ? 10 players with no motivation, vision and awareness. We can't even deliver decent set pieces. Shame ! 1 Like |

Nigerians think it is the job of the Senior national team coach to teach grown a$$ men like Musa, Osaze, Mikel, Emenike and other players how to play corners and free kicks, or how to have good positioning offensively and defensively. These are things you learn at U12-U14 level. Even Okocha alluded to this on Supersports when he said what most European kids know about football at age 10, African kids don't learn until they are 17 or 18. There is no tactical play you can carry out as a coach if you don't have players with the technical ability to execute them.U r vry right. We lack quality personnels no doubt, yobo in dat france game shd av instructed our forwards & midfielders 2get back & defend wen france laid seige @ our area. Yobo as d capt failed 2 rally his troops. He shd av instructed team mates to defend our goal during corners which we failed 2do in almost all our matches. It cost us against argentina. If a player was at d goal he wud av kicked out dat pogba header. D 2nd french goal was caused by yobo 2, d french dude was in his front unmarked. He shd av barked @ omeruo who was beside im dat moment 2close im down. D captain & oda senior players especially snail mikel r suppose 2take responsibilities & direct properly on d pitch, they shd lead wit examples, d coach shd nt b telin dem 2take d initiative. U flight an over hit pass 2 xavi or suarez, they wil stil manage 2move incisively wit d ball. Many of our players can't control d ball effortlessly, they av 2look & pass. Oda world class players dnt look @ dia team mates b4 passin or scoring. Let us develop a stand out under age programmes dat wil give us new amunekes, uche okechukwu, messi, ronaldo etc. We can do it, it's just serious planning. U dnt nid tactical play always 2win matches, just do d basics by defending well 4rm d middle & take ur limited chances. If moses, mikel, gabriel & yobo were alive we wud b playing Germany 2day. |

We av some1 who has delivered & we wnt 2 replace im. Can't we have a coach 4 5 or 8 yrs 4 d sake of stability ? If oliseh is so gud let im go & win a major trophy somewhr. Rather dan dis daft NFA 2 develop better youth programmes dat wil produce technically sound players (players who can deliver perfect corner kicks, crosses, & free kicks. Players with immaculate passing & ball winning abilities) they r negotiating with carlos queiroz & talkin about oliseh. Sad truth is dat we av technically deficient players, keshi no doubt needs assistants-we nid an opposition scout/monitor and a gud tactical trainer. Keshi is still d man 4 d job, we just nid 2bring in kelechi iheneacho, yaya etc 2replace mikel & moses. Local lads should also come in into our midfield. Our slow & inept midfield contributed 2our exit. |

Why we lost : 1. Defending - We hardly defended our goal during corner kicks. If we had a man in d post he could av kicked away dat pogba header. Yobo as d leader failed 2 co-ordinate well. Sometimes during corners our players were marking space, they failed 2 pick pple in d box & outside d box. Our defence nids quality, we nid a better left back who is more incisive that is some one who can deliver outstanding crosses and be active in d 18yard box of our opponent like younger evra. Yobo shd exit 4nw. Ambrose tried, we stil nid anoda right back. 2. Attack : Mikel has bin dreadful thus far, slow & daft. His marking has bin appauling. Victor moses has no business in d super eagles line up 4nw. Kelechi iheneacho, yayah, wud av done better dan mikel & moses. Mikel killed our transition during counter attacks. He kept on flighting wayward balls 2 a player dat has bin heavily marked. Way forward - let us bring in key players frm our u-17. Our youth football programme should be engineered 2 produce genuine and nt over aged players. Technically sound talents shd b our goal that's players who have superior wining & ball retention. Players who can cross balls with high precision. Keshi & co shd remain but I tink he nids a gud opposition scout &technical assistants/analyst. Tactically super eagles look out of it @ times. For example we had loads of possession 2day buh we neva made it count. We had loads of corners buh they were poorly taken. Keshi shd look more @ our league, we can get better guys dan mikel in our league. 1 Like |

Only God can revive Man Utd's fortunes. I know is a phase, we will pass through it & bounce back, we will bounce back next season. I just pray we win the capital 1 cup & secure a champions league spot sha. I wish this season was over today, very very agonizing to see my team dash out 3points easily to every tom, dick & harry. Our problem is finishers & creative midfielders. Welbeck for me is an average player. Cleverly's performance this season has not been impressive, he keeps passing cautiously side ways or backward. We will not win trophies when you have players who are not adventurous, who keep passing backwards. Carrick has lost his potency too, he is no longer sharp. Moyes's fatal error was : 1. Doing away with all fergie's backroom staff. 2. Not buying quality replacements for almighty scholes, carrick, nani & under performing welbeck. We foolishly lost alcantara and Ozil, Mr moyes was pursuing a lost cause in fabregas & buying a certain fellaini, he could have gotten good buys from athletico madrid. In the pre-season tour, Man utd frailties was exposed, moyes was not proactive to buy lewandowski or higuain or aturo vidal. If care is not taken, we will miss out in Europe, we need to bring 2 or 3 men, we have boys in our midfield now. Baba fergie is d only 1 who can win trophies with many average talents, moyes is not fergie, he needs to bring in new guys. Pretty sad that the best players are not 'buyable' in January. Man Utd shall rise again !! |

Glo is a sinking deluxe ship, I hope adenuga wil steer the ship out of troubled waters. I don't know why some Nigerians will by all means run down a company that has being set up with so much hardwork. MTS, Zoom & Multilinks etc were messed up like this due to mismanagement. I have dumped my glo bolt modem, for strange reasons it keeps disconnecting by itself. As MTN get craze, their modem doesn't auto-disconnect. Glo network sometimes disappears for long even when it is not raining. Glo network from my observation is notorious for dropped calls. Glo big5 voice bonus sometimes quickly evaporates with a short glo to glo call even when you have a hefty bonus. Moreso, Glo is the don of unsolicited calls & sms. Imagine getting 4+ daily ad sms/calls. Glo once upon a time was known for innovation eg 1st to bring BB & per second billing. Pray the company overcomes dis mess. I have noticed a trend in Nigeria, except for few; companies in Nigeria are not managed well by Nigerians except if under close supervision from a good technocrat. |
