In a bid to avoid getting caught following an Indian Police raid following a tipoff, a Nigerian man identified as Cyprian Ama Ogbonnaya, jumped to his death in an incident that happened in Chattarpur area of south Delhi. 

The suspect reportedly jumped from the fourth floor of the building where he resides, in fear of arrest after fingered in heroin and LSD in huge quantity trade. Two women who were also Nigerian nationals, found in the house have been arrested, as Police were said to have discovered 25 kg ‘Ketamine’ drugs valued Rs 20 crore [about N1,131,221,850.00] in the international market in the flat.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Madhur Verma told India.com; 

“Sensing trouble after seeing the police party, Ogbonnaya and one of the women tried to jump from the window of the fourth floor in order to escape but the woman was caught while Ogbonnaya succeeded in jumping but got injured.

He was rushed to AIIMS trauma centre where doctors declared him dead". 

“They were smuggling drugs like heroin and LSD in heavy quantity to their contacts in south Delhi and National Capital Region. 

Ogbonnaya was very popular amongst his customers. Girls too were indulging in smuggling and trading drug. The raiding party found three of them were consuming heroin. The women have been arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.”

I'll rather girls continue spending time on social media than reading and reciting the Quran to end up as 4th wife who breed like pigs or become hijab suicide bombers. Is it not the same Quran that was recited by a prophet Mohammad that belittled women in saying they are bereft of sense, are the majority in hell etc? The same Prophet beheaded a woman's father, brother and husband then islamized before sleeping with her all on the same day.

I saw a thread on Nairaland then analysing how much is needed to build,one bedroom,two bedroom and three bedroom bungalows respectively.

I was motivated by that post and it was my wish/dream then to build a befitting house before marriage which Allah granted me.

I planned on the type of house I want to build based on my salary then and relating it to the thread I read and it was done.

Though it's not easy because you have to cut down most of your luxuries,no more going to ozone,no more eating at white house, no more dashing out of money unnecessarily.

Within a year I finished building the house,its all God sha,Alhamdulilah.

I believe all guys desire to marry and also quickly but things drawing most back are numerous. Sometimes when you look at the economic situation in Nigeria, you begin to enjoy your singleness.

The ladies also are not helping the situation. When you estimate the cost and stress of an average Nigerian dream wedding ceremony then you see it is not something a guy can just jump and that is majorly the reason why he is holding back the ring and not going to see your parents.

The expensive wedding photo shoots- a photographer told me the cost starts from 200k. Then you talk about the dowry, some tribe's price can build a 3-bedroom flat.
Wedding dresses, bridal showers, cakes, events centres, food and drinks....the expenses goes on sister. So with all these you see we have our reasons for holding back, we are working harder trying to meet up.

To make things faster, you too should buckle your sandals and work harder and also help reduce the cost- try to consider the guys biko

Bro I am having same issues here, I asked her out two weeks ago, now we are like strangers to each other, we used to talk a lot on phone and laugh, she used to call me like 4 -5 times per day and we talk at length.. But after asking her out we no longer talk, everything just changed, she claims that my timing was wrong.... Any southerners living in the north needs to leave because this kind of killings are not going away any time soon. The north has a big social, religious and cultural issues they need to address. The northerners are not only wreaking the economy and stability of this country but also hurting our reputation on the international stage. Who would have thought Nigeria would be competing with pakistan, iran etc in murder rate.
