Politics › Re: Amaechi's Schools In Port Harcourt by Sibrah: 12:31pm On Jun 17, 2013
https://247ureports.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/DSC01121.jpgPapaBrowne are you sure this school is a government(State,Fed, or LGA) owned school? i think it is a private school, but can't recollect where i came accross it - either the pix or the school itself.

Where are the Projects of neighbouring Bayelsa states with far less population, schools, and roads in place? Either under Alams, Goodluck, Slyva, or Dickson?
Politics › Re: Have You Ever Meet Someone That Live Below $1 Per Day? by Sibrah: 8:38am On Jun 17, 2013
Highly debatable point Mr. OP has raised. It all depends on how their basic consumables are priced to me, for the village people if we go by the price with which most food items leave their environment alone, it may or may not go above $1 for some people. Don't forget that total cost of living includes other consumables like costmetics, drugs, transport and more(Education etc)
Politics › Re: Nigerians Have Lost Core Values Of Life – Jonathan by Sibrah: 3:37pm On Jun 15, 2013
Mr. President is right here, but he is a product of such circumstance. He had no respect for and agreement with a subset of Nigeria, no respect for elders in that group, No good intention for those such group are suppose to look after and no shoes/clue.
Politics › Re: Ministry Of Finance Freezes MDAs Accounts. by Sibrah: 10:46am On Jun 15, 2013
dgitrader: Don't mind that sebla. He probably doesn't understand the public service system.
Under the current govt. the culprit will end up walking away free. So what's the whole gra gra about.
Politics › Re: Vatsa’s Son To Buhari To Resign From Politics, by Sibrah: 12:52pm On Jun 14, 2013
My problem with most of those who claim to be the solution to our problems, is their lack of mentorship for the younger generation. By this stage of his life GMB should have mentored enough people who can come in to fill in for him and implement his ideologies.
Same thing goes on in other facets of our life. Professors are just career professors and thus hord knowledge to remain relevant in the system.
Politics › Re: Ministry Of Finance Freezes MDAs Accounts. by Sibrah: 7:53am On Jun 14, 2013
dgitrader: U should be ashamed of ur post.

Kudos to the minister.
Only by blocking loopholes can we drastically reduce corruption. God bless Nigeria.
And you should be proud of your post.
Where are all the past culprits today? - the subsidy theives? the pension theives? the BH suspects? the ND terrorist of yesterday? And many more? Once you allign with some team Fresh Air big shots you are covered. Anybody seeking to attract praise or fool the masses can do what NOI has done.

For those who know his history in bayelsa and still voted him in, he did not fail Nigeria.
Politics › Re: Tinubu's APC E-warriors Are Suffering From Chronic Bad-belleism- A Silent Killer by Sibrah: 2:20am On Jun 13, 2013
Gbawe has some points here, most of the articles in his post, circles around what Neiti, and world bank feel about Gej's govt. These can't possibly be APC paid e-agents.
Politics › Re: Ojukwu Was Right Afterall by Sibrah: 1:49am On Jun 13, 2013
dayokanu: Ojuku was right about what?

The same thing Awo told Zik pre independence and he rejected?

The same thing Ojuku celebrated when Ironsi implemented it?

Ojuku was just another coward
Deep.

That's 60+ times 72 virgins for taking. Nice!
Politics › Re: Reuben Abati On Dame Patience In 2010 by Sibrah: 4:46pm On Jun 11, 2013
Abati is like a police who gave all the bad guys a hard time through out his career only to become one of them when the every bad guy in town already knows him.

Politics › Re: 7 PDP Governors To Float Party by Sibrah: 2:17pm On Jun 09, 2013
The big elephant in the house is being divided into little dogs i guess. What these guys are creating is a platform that can accomodate most of the anti-GEJ PDP members and thus test Gej's popularity within PDP.
Education › Re: Cut-off Marks For 2013 National Common Entrance Examination Released by Sibrah: 10:02am On Jun 09, 2013

Politics › Re: Don't Allow The Fools Take Pride In Their Stupidity. by Sibrah: 9:44am On Jun 09, 2013
Ngwakwe: Please Oga, can you "expansiate", who are the fools in this context?

Who are the people you are instructing to deal with the fools according to their foolishness?

Can we take it that this your statement is rhetoric?
Don't be afraid, it isn't a I Against Y kind of thread.
Politics › Re: A 1988 NY Times Report On Nigeria's Quota System by Sibrah: 9:39am On Jun 09, 2013
The most painful part is the assumption that certain people will forever try to catch up while others will be ahead. Federal character is a scam.
Politics › Re: Oyo Hasnt Borrowed Money In 2 Years – Ajimobi by Sibrah: 11:34pm On Jun 08, 2013

Politics › Re: WARRI - Where Did It All Go Wrong? by Sibrah: 9:15am On Jun 08, 2013
For those trying to differentiate Ibori from Uduaghan, there is hardly any difference between them. Ibori's admin projects where spread out evenly throughout his tenure while uduaghan's admin focused on 'chopping' first before executing major projects. I said chopping because when you look at the funds coming in now and three-four years back there is hardly any increase from Fg, borrowing or tax and yet we have so many projects on ground now than any time of Uduaghan admin.

Politics › Re: Nigeria Cant Survive Another Civil-War – Mark by Sibrah: 12:21pm On Jun 07, 2013
^^^And i hope when the war comes those people asking for it will stand and fight like a man; not begging for help from abroad, and not thinking they can circumvent the 'rules of engagement' to target defenceless women and children....basically shooting at everything that moves!

Cheers. smiley
you mean like aiming at soon-to-be-mothers and starving children?
Politics › Re: WARRI - Where Did It All Go Wrong? by Sibrah: 12:17pm On Jun 07, 2013
No more regional government to help hide flaws of certain people. You forgot to add the various industrial estates that never materialized.
Politics › Re: Dont Equate OPC With Boko-Haram - Gani Adams by Sibrah: 12:14pm On Jun 07, 2013
Terorists is not the word for OPC, They are like any other peaceful group with some bad eggs who stray to do some bad thing every once in a while. Their goal and actual method of operation does not terrorize people much, unlike Boko Haram, while MEND have a few they target with their terrorism activities to protest injustice being metted out to them.
Four different groups with BH being the worst and totally senseless one. They need to draw similarities between themselves and the likes of MEND, MASSOB and OPC to appease their consciense.
Politics › Re: FG To Ban Plastic Bags, Sachet Water by Sibrah:
One thing is so clear, there is no proper disposal and recycling of waste in Nigeria. A good ridance to bad rubbish when it will be finally banned.
