Tifemide2017:
The sad thing is if another Ponzi scheme comes up with a scandalous 40% return by May 2017, many Nigerians will still gullibly drop their hard earned monies.
So true. People are looking who can build a site like MMM so they can start theirs'

This man is skillful at blending the little good governance he delivers with propaganda . . . I wish he could deliver more good than evil to his people, the degree of good governance he delivers is just to little.

Politics › Re: We Must Protest by Sibrah: 1:25pm On Feb 02, 2017
While you have the right to protest against what you don't like, realize that 75% of our challenges as a nation has been institutionalized. We say the north is underdeveloped and so join it with the south so it can tap resources but what do we have today? We have a case where the money from the south (SS to be specific) is being used for other purposes other than developing the North and no one is talking about restructing to address this derailment.
That's a institutionalized problem that goes far beyond any party. It is a problem backed by the constitution.
Protest all you want but stop protesting for smoke to stop, instead protest for the fire to stop.
Politics › Re: Arms Cash: Obanikoro Returns N30m, To Pay N417m More... by Sibrah: 1:12pm On Feb 02, 2017
Bolustic:
Just last week, Lagos empowered 705 entrepreneurs with 1 billion naira

Calculate how much Fayose got= N1.219bn+$5.377m(let's say 305x 5,377,000)

Go further to Omisore who got N1.3bn

Then Koro who kept N785m for himself
.

Sum all these up and calculate the number of youths that would have been empowered if the money were used for their statutory purposes.

I bet Tuface never saw this during GEJ's tenure.
Every stolen N1bn can empower 500 youths with 2 million Naira each. PDP really rapèd this nation to a standstill. APC is doing same but to a far lesser extent.
Politics › Re: TCN Workers Resist Fashola's Removal Of MD, Abubakar Atiku by Sibrah: 12:50pm On Feb 02, 2017
DeRay98:
Exactly! You can see why even the most well-meaning govt will be sabotaged by lazy employees who have been draining the govt without commensurate productivity.
It is much harder to conclude that the MD is the weak link than you make it look here. What about vandals of transmission line and pipelines, the discos who reject power to maximize profits too are there, what about the gencos who inflate price of energy passed onto TCN in order to make profit? The TCN is just there in the middle of the park suffering from everybody's imcompence
Politics › Re: TCN Workers Resist Fashola's Removal Of MD, Abubakar Atiku by Sibrah: 12:38pm On Feb 02, 2017
Our power sector struggles is a reflection of our ethnic struggles. We have a situation where a evolving power infrastructure is being hijacked for selfish interest.

Health › Re: Why You Should Know Your Genotype Before Considering Getting Married by Sibrah: 11:12pm On Feb 01, 2017
buygala:
And one deluded fellow who attended Shiloh 2016 or some other religious brainwash festival, having an AS genotype, will go right ahead and marry someone with an AS, AC, or even SS or SC genotype, and then proclaim "MY CASE IS DIFFERENT" or whatever silly slogan the "man of God " has bestowed on them for that yearundecided

The Pentecostals call this kinda imbecilic behaviour "a leap of faith" sad

I call it "self-destruct" angry

In fact sef, there should be a law criminalizing the act of any two people with the S or C In their genotype marrying each other....if they do, they should also be charged with murder if they beget SS kids, because they understood there is a possibility of them bearing an SS kid who may go through a lot of pain and then a premature and painful death all because his parents refused to have sense, or had sense but refused to use it undecided
You well so? Stop being too judgemental.

Read the heading. ALWAYS read the heading. Do you know that in CAMA 1990, as well as IFRS pronouncements, a heading is mandatory when preparing financial documents? By law. There is a reason for that.

The heading clearly refers to transactions that took place in October 2014, and even then, the CBN report is referring to them as questionable, and therefore it may be part of an investigative report.

Please read the heading next time.
And some persons are waiting for Buhari to make N1 = $1.
