ZionSpecie: Wow. It's surprising how easy it is to get d TRV outside naija. Well, we all on dis thread are moving out soon. So we will all get to tell sat story....the main wahala is the TRUST FACTOR ...CDHC no trust any docs coming from Naija at all....so...all the verification of docs dey cause massive delay....any docs from yankee, or any solid country wont be verified as much, cos dem trust it.... |

ifegy: I think you're asking if you need a work permit for that time period as you are a foreign student, right? If so, I'm really not sure, as I never did do an internship or co-op term. Why not try asking the school you're interested in? I know foreign students who've done co-ops/work terms, so it should be possible for you to do that as a foreign student, if it's part of your study program.....U will be given a work permit for the co-op bro...no shaking... |

CFCfan: Arbeloa receives a second yellow for implying that the referee didn't know his job.....Nope...he points to his head meaning the Ref be madman wey no get sense...so, its a deserved yellow card and red at the end....anyway....the score na 3 -2 and its over...lol |

obi4eze: Please where can I watch an online live streaming of the match?http://atdee.net |
GboyegaD: Yeah, but it is possible that our government is also taking such directives as I know over time, the US Visa processing has improved for Nigerians than it used to be in times past. Let us therefore hope that in the near future, things would work out well....Exactly...but this beats ur argument that our government cant do anything....cos, that has been Huzzie's argument....plus requirements are different in some cases and country specific.... |
GboyegaD: Can you suggest what you think is right for our government to do in this case? I think I am not getting things right and would love to be educated....Countries make deals everyday....recently, Canada made a deal with Mexico and some Latin American countries to fast track visa processes....so, why cant Nigerian Ambassador to Canada do some work.... Even Czech Republic had some strong warnings for Canada and threatened to punish Canadians for the visa restrictions leveled against them...and wetin Canadian Prime Minister do...he apologised and things are getting resolved....so...there goes the answer to ur question... http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/ottawa-announces-deal-to-fast-track-mexican-refugees/article8710696/ |
GboyegaD: Kindly read through again and you would realise they ask them to fill the form for family members too. It is a policy that applies to everyone irrespective of where you are applying from. I have a friend in the UK who is a citizen and I just confirmed he was also asked to fill same form. If by their policy they require you to fill the family membership form so that in the future should you want to bring in your family members, they would be sure you are not bringing someone who isn't related is it in any way wrong?...So, Ghanian Sponsors are also required to list their entire family members?...Im talking about sponsors not candidates...and nothing like family tree in Ghanian bro...listing ur family member names has been in existence forever...na norm ....P.S...I filled same form almost 10yrs ago.... |
jimmyjerry07: Gurus in the house, I need ur candid advise, I have an offer of admission from Seneca, Niagara and Sault College, from my findings Sault is rated d best in North Ontario and Second in Ontario colleges; please which of these schools is okay in terms of employment opportunity and why do Nigerians xpecially Nairalanders prefer Southern Ontario Colleges except 4 d fact that its close to Toronto.......Bro...Sault is far from being the best .....miles away from most colleges in Toronto.... http://www.topstudylinks.com/top-universities-in-canada-c68p2.aspx |
Which kain f**king policy....na policy dey make dem ask Nigerians for family tree and nothing about that from Ghanians? F that sh#t....pissed |
I had a little to do this morning and just checking and comparing Ghana to Naija in terms of visas; Study permit to be precise....check this two links below....this is pretty sad....No where for Ghana, CDHC dey ask for all family biodata or watever....nor asking for sponsor to list all him family members...everything is just so far apart....na wa ooo http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5483E.pdf http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/ghana/visas/53_1.aspx?lang=eng ....and its only 4weeks for the process http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/nigeria/assets/pdfs/visas/53_1_eng.pdf ... 18 weeks or longer sef |
..Just checked the Visa Processing Time for Study Permit in Nigeria and realised it is shorter now...from 19 weeks to 18 weeks ....at least is faster....lol ![]() |
Akanmu2013: Oga siga,....even though I am finding it hard to believe that u are for real and probably joking....I may be wrong...but I will play along... U dont need TOEFL as Nigerian students are mostly exempted from English test....U dont need it... |

If Yes, u may be qualified as a matured student, but u go still need to demonstrate good command of English, not excellent but good...if not, there are ways around it...if the program coordinator feels ur skills and experience is good enough, he may consider u for the course...but once u get here, u will be asked to take a compulsory english class to ginger ur grammar small...so...there u go... Akanmu fun rare...lol |

pinkiecindy: Must I submit d birth cert of all d members of my family? *confused face* cos dats 1 of d requirements I can see on dis checklist.......I dont know why people jam dem applications with unnecessary documents....these are some of the reasons applications take too long to conclude and at times, overload dey kill Visa approval....just give wat is asked and no more....I reckon when I did mine....the entire application no reach 10 papers after the application form.... |
