In my first two app,I went for nursing.last one was biz admin diploma yet denial.

....Aggghhh...The gap between ur SSCE and now is wide bro...7yrs ...plus u switch programs from Nursing to Business Admin....U just managed to show them u are desperate....u shouldnt have changed programs, if at all...not this far apart....

Well....God is capable....I would say u go with ur last program and repackage then write a convincing letter explaining in details why after SSCE u opted for business....

@bullstriker....wow....I respect ur courage....I believed I have shared a friends case that is almost similar...he was denied 3 times, then evetually applied for the Skilled Worker Class and was granted....so, if u can check that route and U are qualified...I would say maybe try it out...might take abit longer though....better still go bold and strong this time u apply for ur study visa....God will be with u...

Hi family....thanks alot for ur prayers and mails....we finally got home today....to tell u guys abit....my wife was pregnant with our 3rd child but unfortunately, it was an ectopic pregnancy and it ruptured while she was at work....thank God for 911....she was admitted and operated on....she is back on her feet and recovering after a 2hrs 30mins operation.....

I feel the need to update u guys as I got numerous mails, phone calls and prayers....thanks alot guys....I promise to be back fully once she feels better and can get things done herself....

Meanwhile, I will respond to all emails I got before the incident within the next 24hrs....

The largest private yacht in the world, the Eclipse, owned by Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich, remained at a pier in New York City this week.

It is unclear why the 533-foot-long vessel, estimated to have cost some $1.5 billion, docked in New York this week, but its arrival piqued the curiosity of locals. Abramovich is known to avoid the media spotlight.
A spokesman did not give reason for why Abramovich’s yacht is docked in New York, but several workers and officials told CNBC that the boat will remain there until April.

There has been speculation that he is using the vessel as a temporary residence because it is more secure than living in a New York City home.

The Eclipse, constructed by German firm Blohm + Voss, is outfitted with a team of more than 60 crewmembers, security cameras, sensors, pools, two helicopter pads, and a submarine. It just nearly 2 feet longer than the second-largest yacht, the Dubai, which is owned by Dubai ruler Sheikh Mohammed.

It was reported in 2009 that Abramovich, who made his money through investments and is the owner of the English Premier League Chelsea Football Club, installed an “anti-photo shield” that prevents any photograph from being taken in the vicinity of the yacht.

.....I have always said it that different last name of Sponsor makes no difference in Visa approval....there are cases where sponsors have different last name...I am a witness....moving on....u can advise ur big bro to attach his birth certificate which will clearly show his Parent's name and ur lil bro too will have his Parent's name on his own too....this can go a long way in fixing any doubt....also, advise ur big bro to write a solid letter explaining the relationship....u can have a lawyer notarise it as well....just ensure u put all u can lay ur hands on...

...not totally off....i dont see any reason to deny visa based on that....just write a solid letter stating the relationship and reasons to why u decide to go that route....

jennyfar: Lol, first of all I don't want dem deny me when I apply, but for those dat have been denied, isn't it right to refund, i dont even know how much is paid, but if not a full refund den minus administrative charges no matter how small so dat peeps can be motivated to reapply. The other day maple sent me an admission letter from Algonquin college, cos I applied during a fair dey held in abuja, u can imagine asking for 150,000 naira for consultation and den 2000$ for professional fees for visa processing, outrageous. Dats almost half a million naira. Pls how much is paid to chdc for the visa processing?

...its called processing fee not Visa fee....whether given or denied...ur application was processed...

For those that were refused or denied Visa.....dont panic or relent....if u still want to reapply, please study the reason for denial and fix it all....i was denied once and I reapply after fixing their reasons for denial....I have few friends that were denied also and are here today...One was denied twice and got it the 3rd time....one was denied 3times....left the whole process...then applied for Skilled worker after 3yrs and eventually got his PR....he is a Canadian citizen today...so, guys....when its ur time...its ur time...

kayce43: The instructions were very cut and clear and they dint mince dia words, they simply said withdraw n re-apply, den if u have don medicals (no worries cus its valid 4 one year so d sept applicant wunt have to do dat again) so if they r satisfied with ur documents wen u re-apply, they'll issue d visa, my tot was y not issue d visa at once instead of making dem withdraw n re-apply.

...Ah well...na dem go explain why ooo....Can someone go to CDHC and confirm this plz....

kayce43: Took my time to gather that information, infact I kept it to myself until I was certain n had accurate information about everything so Yes am 100% positive n sure bout wat I said.

....I would assume processing already started from the time u submitted and a file is created for u....now, if u withdraw ur application, that doesnt mean they have not started working on ur file....or how can u prove ur file wasnt worked on....even if u claim ur docs were same way u mailed it in...did u take a picture of ur applications when u submitted?.... ....So, if they require another processing fee then u have to pay...,..so, lets research more to find the validity....
