Webmasters / Re: Are Keywords Still Powerful And Effective In 2019 by Silvermoney: 11:41pm On Nov 20, 2019
Google's algorithm is overrated and annoying. They make so much noise about quality content, but too many times, sites with absolutely poor or even outrightly false content get the top spots even for high traffic key words.

I did a simple Google search for Linda Ikeji net worth just this evening. See what Google gave me.

Have had this thought before also,I once sold an expatriate a phone cord, made little from it,I told him to get back to Me if he needs more things ,their is a market for the expatriate community I jst can't figure it now

Not just the expatriate market but also Nigerians living abroad and foreigners abroad. I'm sure there are many goods and services specifically related to Nigeria that they need from here. It's a goldmine but figuring it out is the great challenge.

How can I get cheaper Godaddy domain name and shared hosting renewal? They are charging me about $130 for both (expiring soon) and that's too much. Any coupon codes or tricks to get it much cheaper?

Maybe he used the certificate to wrap kilishi, for it to be so delicious that termites devoured every bit of it.

God will rescue Nigeria one day.

Google is dealing with me hard. My money sites are dropping off the first page and I have no idea if I'm being penalised or not.

SEO is the biggest challenge for me right now.

True...site traffic dropped drastically. I was thinking it was Becos I migrated to a new host.

Anyways, currently building tons of high DA backlinks...

Can you share insights on how to go about building high DA backlinks as quickly as possible?

I don't even mind if it's not site wide. I just need one or two super money articles to return to their SERP pole positions.
Webmasters / Forget Good Content, Build Domain Authority At All Costs. by Silvermoney: 9:19pm On Mar 16, 2019
Google's March 'Core" Algorithm update has once again proved that good content is overrated. I mean, yet again, over the last few days, my sites' posts' rankings and corresponding traffic have dropped less than 50%, even for keywords for which I am indisputably sure that I have the best, most detailed, most helpful content. Replaced by bigger name sites with so-called domain authority, even with their crappy empty content..

So bloggers and other webmasters, forget what you've been told. Content is overrated. Google doesn't care how good or long your content is. They only care about the domain authority. Even for low competition keywords. It's that simple. The key is to build domain authority (high powered backlinks etc).

I need to know who can help me build solid domain authority within the shortest possible time. If you have solid SEO experience with such matters, please drop a comment here and possibly costs if applicable.

1. What is easiest and cheapest way to send money from US to Nigeria, from Nigeria to US and how long it takes?

Using cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, XRP, Ethererum are the fastest way to send money outside Nigeria not just to the US but also to other countries. In less than an hour, the transaction can be completed and you will pay much less in fees. The person on the other side just needs to have a cryptocurrency wallet/address. I usually use quidax.com whenever I want to buy/sell cryptocurrencies as the platform is easy to use and withdraws to my bank account are instant.

Interesting.

You've not said anything to entice serious investors. What's the general nature of your business idea (what problem does it tackle), what's your conservative revenue projections, etc?

I know you want to protect your idea. But you can do that even while providing some kind of functional information that would entice us to contact you for more discussion.

Well, thanks for your concerns, I've since learned the hard way but my bank should have advised on that. Remember, I even withdrew 7k From my account and they assured me of maximum security on my account, I've since moved on anyway

Sorry about your loss.

So you mean this robbery incident happened in broad day light on the road to Berger? I used to think these Abuja one chance robbers only operate under the cover of darkness at nights or early mornings.

I also have some in the "incubator" at my end here.

@your last line, I can only LOL!

You promised to hook me up with a good writer. What's up with that?

Being a veteran writer myself (although in a more specialised field), I know how hard it is to find decent writers herein Nigeria. There are too many hacks and mediocres.

I just need a couple of reliable writers that I'll overwork to death with my two eyes closed while the content piles up in my informational blog for Nigerians. Hopefully up to 1000 articles.

If your English is above average, and you have very good writing skills, with an understanding of what it means to effectively integrate focus key words/key phrases within articles for SEO purposes, then I might consider you. I'm talking about very long term engagement, with loads and loads of articles to be written, so you should know that there's no room for mediocrity.

After deciding on a lucrative/promising niche, I'd come up with a nice content strategy that I'll stick with for the next one year. I'll also outline my promotional strategies for the next one year.

For me, it would be 400k-500k for content, 250k-300k for promotion. And the rest would be kept for other necessary expenses.

With that I should have reached the N200k/month mark at least by the end of the first year.

The analysis above is for someone at the beginner or intermediate level. I can get the same results without spending that much.

Thanks big boss. The content strategy and promotion strategy are often tricky.

Okay let's say you want to spend 500k on content. How many high quality articles can this amount deliver over the course of one year, and most importantly, how do you hire and manage writers who can deliver everything right (from topic ideation, to seo writing, to infusing your affiliate links within articles, to finding and using the right featured images, etc). I feel most of these freelance writers are very problematic, having worked with a few of them. One ends up editing, re-editing, looking for another featured image, etc. What's the best and most sustainable approach to this?

You don't have to provide the minutest details bro. Besides you don't lose your own light by lighting another candle. If you're blessed with such knowledge and experience, do good by paying it forward. You'd reap it in multiple folds.

Let's say you' have N1m to invest strictly on a Nigeria focused blog (online publishing/authority site kind of business so to say), what would you do with it? How would you invest it? What strategies would you use and how much in monthly earnings would be feasible if managed right, within one year of starting the website?
