Nigerians are always quick to blame death of patients on hospital management which is very wrong. As a doctor, i know there are lapses in the medical sector and service delivery on our side. But trust me, no medical doctor or personnel will out of wickedness or negligence let someones's coffin rest on his/her conscience. Some cases get escalated and are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to save lives. TeamMedics ![]()

revontuli:Don't worry. At this rate, you'll be Nigerian in no time ![]() |
revontuli:Yes they do love cassava alot... your comment could mean something else,if only you know what meanings Nigerians have given to the word "Cassava". lol |
revontuli:Here in Africa, it is common belief that when food is cook in the most traditional method, with all the pounding and grinding using stones, motor and pestle, it will taste better. All the blending, mashing and shredding now practised literally takes the joy out of the meal...according to our moms! |
revontuli:Fufu is a general terms used to describe either pounded yam (yam fufu), pounded cassava (cassava fufu), pounded Coco yam (Coco yam fufu) or any other starch meal made from tuber crops. it is however safe to say that when 'fufu' is mentioned without being specific, the person is most likely referring to 'cassava fufu'. So, Ghanaian fufu could be cassava fufu (most likely) and not pounded yam. |
revontuli:We even have yam flour which would give 'similar' results without the pounding. however, the manually pounded yams taste much better and has the right texture. therefore, many believe that it's always worth the stress in the end. You should try pounded yam and Egusi soup in an African restaurant close to you ![]() |

I know you want me to buy the former for you... just speak the words! ![]() |
I agree with the poster above... lala and all NL mods should buy the forms and apply. The amount of time you guys spend banning people here can be invested into more credible things... like finding out where Hushpuppi gets all the money to buy Gucci shoes!

Someone will settle down and act nollywood film in a high court... instead of Nigerians to appreciate his effort and let him be jejely, they are still checking the credibility of his story? We gat no chill in this country! ![]()

Wapkoshcom:We will keep him there until the Fulani herdsmen kill off the Igbos and middle belters... Then we'll split the spoils of the nation!

All these two-faced youth leaders that get silenced with a few millions will just be coming out with strategies to solicit for bribes the moment they smell general elections. Now watch as APC campaign committee will add weight to his account. nonsense!

How would you define terrorism? Current definition is any individual or group that uses violence to achieve a political goal. In spite of all the killing being orchestrated by the herdsmen, the current administration believes that they do not fit that current definition! In 2016 alone, 2,500 people killed; 62,000 people displaced; $13.7 billion lost to the clashes and 47 per cent of the internally-generated revenue in the affected states were lost. The problem with statistics is that when they are about human beings, you cannot put faces to them. Human beings are thus reduced to stark, impersonal numbers. The death of 2,500 Nigerians and the displacement of 62,000 others may do no more than give you a momentary jolt only for you to shrug it off. You are not likely to think of them as struggling Nigerians in our rural areas who were doing nothing criminal but pursuing their legitimate livelihood as peasant farmers who fed the nation. In December 2015, they attacked parts of Southern Kaduna. The vicar-general of the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan, Rev Ibrahim Yakubu, said 880 people were killed; 53 villages destroyed, 1,422 houses burnt down and that 18 churches and one primary school were also torched. The question now is, what has changed? I have this nervous feeling that Fulani herdsmen are now a franchise. People kill and do other dirty jobs, own up to it and still walk freely. Fact is, we do not want to say the truth

revontuli:Yahoo is used to describe various kinds of cyber crime. when you add "plus" to it, it changes the meaning considerably |
