The reason the Russians are finding it difficult to to advance on All fronts is a testament to the fact that NATO, EU and especially the USA have supplied Ukraine with sophisticated weapons and they are still doing so. Unless Russia stops the inflow of weapons to Ukraine, beign triumphant in the war will be really difficult for Russia. Any possible victory for the Russians will even be a pyrrhic one.
