How can someone who's already in his final year HND (part-time programme and they were supposed to write their last paper but the pandemic pause all events) apply for all these jobs which usually come with BSC/HND requirement?? I'm asking for a friend who's usually angry seeing those job Ads but couldn't apply even when he's sure he can do most of the outlined job descriptions
