My emergency appointment request was approved. However, when I try to schedule the appointment, I get the following message "your group size is larger than the current allocation".

I noticed quite a number of people have had this experience. Can anyone who has been through this be kind enough to explain how it was resolved please?

If refused a UK visa application, do you always get a refusal email? I applied for a visa on behalf of someone and got an email saying the passport is ready for collection. Does this mean the application was approved as I didnt get a refusal email
