Please and please, don't bring God into your hatred for the former president. Leave Him out of your politics for your own good!

He destroyed our economy

He's the most corrupt government in Nigeria history
Apparently, your enemy is inside you and that is morbid hatred for GEJ. You don't want to hear anything good about him. I thought campaigns are over. Please do not let this internal enemy harm you. Thanks.

Amen. God will continue to help our youths the truth to know because everywhere is polluted with lies now and only the grace of God can help discern them.
I thank God that there are a few of these youths and adults as well who hunger for the truth and who know that life does not end here. Matthew 5:6 will be their lot. Remain rapturable.

Show me quote where Lazarus had covenant with God? Don't just assume he had one.

I love balancing scriptures, not just to suit the audience, but to emphasize the need that whatever your status, you can make heaven. In most times, your church messages gives more to Lazarus as if rich men can't make heaven.
Whatever one's status, so long as he has repented from sin, believed on Christ as his personal Saviour and is living right up to the moment of death, he/she will make it to heaven. On the area of covenant, a covenant is an agreement between two or more parties in which each party has a part to play to make the covenant work. I personally have a covenant with God just like any other genuine believer (Genesis 9:12-17; Exodus 24:7; Deut. 8:9; Joshua 24:25; Jeremiah 31:31; Hebrews 8:8; Luke 1:72). That mine is not written down in the Bible does not invalidate the covenant God has with me. You don't expect everything God did with man to be recorded. Which book will contain everything?Abraham's own is written down because he was the Partriach, the person through who God started His relationship with His chosen people, Israel. So my friend, it is needful to work hard and believe God for material success. However, it is more needful to watch it so that one will not become like the fool in Luke 12:16-21. Thank you.

No one is interested in this topic but yet, it is the very truth. It has come to my notice that where lies are told, you see the crowd but where the truth is told, you see the whole place deserted.

All that you said is true. We are all stained with sin by inheritance because of the fall of Adam. We are like clothes stained with palm oil and what can wash palm oil away from clothes? detergent! The blood of Jesus He shed on the cross acts as a "detergent" to wash our sins away. Only Jesus can wash away our sin and without these cleansing during our time on earth, our eternity is not secured. All cloths that are dirty and refused to be cleaned by the detergent are gathered together by the owner and burned all together. Surrender yourself to Jesus to get you cleaned up because anyone putting on stained clothes will not see the kingdom of God.
Bro never mind. Whether people are interested or not, the truth has been said and read by some. May the Lord help us to benefit from the truth and live in the truth till by His grace we enter the pearly gates of heaven in Jesus' name, Amen.

What can wash away my stain? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. What can make me whole again? Nothing but the blood of Jesus. Chorus: Oh, previous is the flow, that makes me white as snow; no other fount I know, nothing but the blood of Jesus.

yeah I am very quick to claim Abraham's riches, but the tithe is just 10% of his riches. God had a covenant with Abraham, not Lazarus. So I am operating on Abraham's blessing. I don't know why you people love using Lazarus as an example as if Abraham didn't make heaven with all his riches.
Maybe when you want console a poor man, you use Lazarus. As for me, I have no dealings with Lazarus.
It is good to aspire for both earthly and heavenly blessings like Abraham. But watch it! Do not castigate Lazarus because he was materially poor! Contrary to your assertion, Lazarus equally had a covenant with God as every genuine believer has. Claim your prosperity but NEVER disdain Lazarus or hold him or any 'poor' believer in contempt. It is very dangerous! (Proverbs 17:5; James 2:5-7). Remain blessed.

But then, how many Nigerians are that free?
If you are not sufferring, are the percentage of Nigerians sufferring not also high?

If you must refer to my mentions, please try to be objective.

I did not say say a particular person is the messiah so long we all are human beings, the tendency to get corrupted is always very high but higher in others depending on individuals.

Claiming we are free because somebody must write to sooth the ego of his paymaster is an understatement at least not when you and i know that we deserved more than we are getting.

Wishing you the same merriments.

We deserved better in 2014 than what were getting. What about now?Is this a case of dropping from frying pan into the fire?

The opposite is the case. And that is that giving Nigeria to Buhari's APC next election implies that this is the last Christmas in freedom for Nigerians.

[b]Buhari's was the worst brutal dictatorship ever in Nigeria's history.

Buharinomics then was giving import licenses to friends and goons - no body could do business with foreign countries except import licence approval by Buhari people. Thus, too many good Nigerian businesses owned by honest people crumbled under Buhari regime.

Under Buhari regime, Nigerians would queue for hours for essential commodities like milk, sugar, tomatoes. etc. being rationed by soldiers flogging them with bulalas.

Under Buhari, citizens were executed with retroactive laws.

Buhari was the head at large when sickly Abacha was leader. That regime was the most corrupt ever in Nigeria and Africa. Buhari watched or participated, but refused to stop the corruption then. The regime's stolen money stored in many foreign countries made headlines all over the world when Abacha died. Buhari has since taken part in three most expensive presidential election results. Does he print Naira?

Buhari did not provide for Nigerian youths to succeed him in leading Nigeria, that's why in his 70s, Buhari is still itching to lead Nigeria. When shall the youths lead?

Buhari has not changed from his dictatorial characters; since he left office, he is not known to have gone through any modern school to improve his democratic credentials.

There are people who are nice, well mannered, well behaved, courteous, never hurting an ant and/or philanthropic. Others have good upbringing, are respectful, merciful, kind hearted, sincere and honest. Unfortunately for such people, should they die in that state without surrendering their lives to Christ the Saviour, they will be forever damned! Why? We are all sinners by inheritance and by nature. One's good morals or self-righteousness cannot save him/her from the inherited depravity. It must be taken care of. Only Christ's atoning blood can avail. Do not remain a self-righteous sinner. Don't live a vain life. Come to Christ today for salvation and blood bought righteousness that counts for eternity.

We should stop wishing death on Him, it's not fair.
He should not die yet. He should come back hale and hearty. But on a more serious note governance is a serious business. We need serious leadership at this point in time. We need a leader with vigour, vision and mission to take the country to greater heights anyhow. From every indication, Nigeria needs somebody more capable to take over any how.

They should also allow people to choose their leaders
Not imposing candidates on people

Above all they should shun corruption and people stained or dent with corrupt practices
To your last paragraph, much as I wish it so, it is an impossibility. Looking for politicians who are not corrupt is like looking for virgins in a maternity ward. Even the ruling party is full of corrupt people. I just pray that our amiable president will be alive when an uncompromising member of the opposition takes over as president. Then you will realise that in our politics, the beautiful ones are not yet born. Let me tell you the truth: It is only people who are genuinely born again and sanctified, (if you know what that means), filled with the Holy Ghost, determined and prayerful that will not abuse their positions but such people shun politics like a plague.

I don't think the president is dead. I believe he is seriously sick, incapacitated or needs some rest. I really do not want him to die. I want him to come back alive as a private citizen. I seriously pray that a man or woman who will sincerely fight corruption and other ills of this country without partiality or favouritism succeeds him. I think his government is too divisive. I may be wrong but I also think that politics, sentiments and self-interest is taking precedence over real governance and the country is suffering for it.

That is why it is more expedient to first move these assets laden and real parasites that gain most from One Nigeria and yet keep insulting and threatening her, so as to give the separation real momentum.

FFK should not be worried for Nigeria, after all he and his ilk have done everything they can to divide the country along its ethnic and religious fault lines.

The north (in particular the core north) had already spoken through the Lamido of Adamawa and most recently through Ango Abdulahi - let the country break up, we are tired of the unnecessary insults and ill will against our ppl and our leaders, enough is enough; let us all please walk away. angry
I quite agree with you. It is better to go our seperate ways peacefully than to be grudgingly tied to one country and be fighting like cats and rats. How I wish the core North really means this. Otherwise why is a tribe being harassed and intimidated (and some killed as I learnt) and their leader held against a valid court order for wanting to secede from Nigeria?

I have a feeling that buhari is well. My impression is that he is doing all these things because of the supreme court judge appointment. I believe the cabal wants him out of the scene till the expiration of Onogherens time as the "acting chief judge of the supreme court". By that time they/presidency in his absence will appoint one of their brothers as usual and when he is back, it will be late to accuse him of direct nepotism since he was not around. He seems to appreciate the fact that the noise that will follow his refusal to appoint that man while in Nigeria will be deafening..
But I thought the only person who can do that in the president's absence is the acting president who happens to be a southern Christian.

This got me wondering honestly, if i don't go to Church and am a believer, will it affect my relationship with God?
Once you are saved from sin through Christ, you automatically become part of the Church (Matthew 18:17; Acts 20:28; 1st Corrintians 15:9; Galatians 1:13; Ephesians 5:25; Revelation 2:11,17, 29). Naturally, you need to assemble and fellowship with other believers periodically to grow in faith (Hebrews (10:25). Remain blessed. A true believer must be obedient to the command of God who be believes in.

These people clearly do not know Nigeria at all Nigeria has roughly equal number of Christians and Muslims and that is the reason why there is always news of clashes between the two faiths!
I do not agree at all that Nigerian Christians are under treat more than those Christians in Pakistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Bangladesh, and so on. The difference between Nigerian Christians and those other countries is that the Christians in those countries are in the minority and hence, virtually, have no voice shocked embarassed cry
So because Christians in the other countries you mentioned are under more threat, that of Nigerian Christians should be overlooked. So you are suggesting that as long as more Christians are being persecuted in Bangladesh, Iran, Irag, Pakistan etc, we should not bother about those being killed in Nigeria. Is that not a flawed reasoning? If your relations are among those being killed, would you say the same thing?

I think I agree with you. This government seriously needs a competent, professional, non political minister of Information as well as other image makers. I think Mr Lai Mohammed has little integrity. Even when he says the truth, most people don't believe him because of his antecedents. There is a wide gulf of difference between campaign and real governance.
