In all these, let us remember under the premise GEJ contested for the presidency in the face of the zoning arrangement. He contested to finish Yar'Adua's tenure and hence I never expected the Yar'Adua's time zoning arrangemet to change. Let us think about this from a different point of view. GEJ said he'll be going for only One Term to complete Yar'Adua's tenure. Why are we looking at this as a new and different tenure entirely. All we need to do is to try and strenghten ourselve for 2015 when the power is supposed to come to the East. Please and please, sentiment is not good. We have all the time now to involve ourselves in political arithmetics that will actaulise Igbo presidency 2015.

All I need from Ohaneze and other Igbo leaders is to strategize and prepare a candidate for 2015 instead of making enmity with people. Military has never attacked or opened fire on the culprits in the north but once it's NigerDelta, you hear they killed (they give you figures) . But why? The order in the ND is shoot at sight just like boaz in films while in the north it's capture with hand just like actors in films.

The people they attacked did not attack them nor anybody yet they went ahead to do attack them while police stations were attacked and the people that ran to the stations were killed and there was no report that police fought back rather were shooting up or trying to capture the culprits with bare hands.

It's high time we stop these injustice and inequality in this country if we have to move forward. JTF has no business attacking innocent people unless they are seen fermenting trouble rather JTF can get search warrant or warrant of arrest to search or arrest anybody.

We Ibo's have benefitted alot from this present government in terms of sensitive positions in Defence, Internal Affair, Police which we never had since after the civil war. All we Ibos need to do is to continue to do our work faithfully and continue to attain the apex everywhere we find ourselves.

Please let us continue to support the government of GEJ/Sambo. GEJ is one of us.

Buhari is a fool. He should go and sit down. The crises in Niger Delta was investigated by OBJ (Federal Govt) when he sent military troops to Udi (Bayelsa) and Aba (Bakassi Brouhaha), Yar'Adua (Fed Govt) when he sent troops to Gbaramatu (Delta), Goodluck (Fed Govt) when he sent troops to Ayakoromo in Burutu  LGA (Delta) and Aba.

If Buhari planned it that the states will be asked to investigate so that the case will die natural death as usual, sorry it's no longer business as usual. FG has the right to investigate violence in any state and even declare state of emergency when necessary.

If Buhari is claiming not to be involved in the crises, he should allow the panel to do their work and prosecute all the parties involved. The number of people the north has killed during their incessant violence is much greater that the number the south has killed during any kind of agitation in history yet the south has been bombed three times while no artillery has been sent to attack anyone in the north.

JTF should leave them alone. Like they said, they've been quiet. How can you just get to someone's domain and start firing them? If it is a thing of pride, JTF cannot match those militants in the creek, outside the creek, they can overpower them.

Why woont ACF oppose the scrapping of NYSC. They are simply protecting their interest. You see Northerners opposing the scrapping while the Southerners propose the scrapping. Here we know why it is like this. The north has used this issue of national unity to cheat the south. They post the southern graduates to the north where they go and become teachers while they post the northern graduates to south where they become oil workers.

The ACF has critically viewed the merits of this scheme on their youths and hence are crying out on why it should not be scrapped. Is it NYSC that has been uniting this country? Sometime ago corpers were mandated to serve only in schools but it wasn't auspicious to the north so they tactically killed that decision.

When people go for job interviews on a production company, the northerner has experience in oil and firm while the southerner has experience in teaching, who stands better chance of landing the job based on experience?, The northerner.

If they won't scrap NYSC, let them creat a level play ground for all graduates. Either everybody serves in schools or everybody serves in oil companies. If the latter is not possible, then the former is the only option but in fairness to all concerned, let NYSC be scapped or made involuntory and strictly teaching.

In developed countries, when one citizen dies, we see actions that follow, but when thousands die here we hear empty words of action. we like too much theory in this country. Be that as it may, Government should make NYSC voluntary. Making it compulsory is just the factor compelling people to honour it irrespective of where they are posted to. It is funny how one cannot get job as a graduate without NYSC discharge certificate. Even when you collect your exemption, some companies will not accept it. In My opinion, let NYSC be made voluntory. If you want to serve, report to NYSC office, if you don't want, simply go and collect Exemption certificate from your school, that is to say, NYSC office should be situated in all the schools.

Buhari knew he was going to lose. He planned his game so well. Imagine as at morning of the election day, he started complaining of PDP rigging somewhere even without seeing the result.

Let Buhari tell us who called him and told him about the rigging that morning. Besides, before that time, he said he was not going to court, but his party can. How can someone be who is sure of winning be dwelling much on failure. When Jonathan was asked, he was sure he'll win. Opinion polls showed even before the election that he was the most favourite.

Why are we not recalling the northern politician that vowed that the north will not fold their arms and watch Goodluck rule them. I personally I knew Buhari and their supporters were up to something but I didn't know they were going to vent their frustration on innocent souls.

@Mikeansy, You are right. Atiku and other northerners campaigned for power to be returned to the north. Now we know their game and we are smarter than them.

Border were closed before the election because we know their game of importing human beings from neighbouring country to come and vote like they had always done even during census. We defeated them and they now started using children, lol. We have children too in the south. Did Buhari say anything about the children?  He who comes to equity must come with clean hands.

Why is this country like this? The northern tyranny and no vision. They can go into suicide bombings or terrorism, that shows we are not they have no vision.
