T A Orji (Ochendo) In continuation to my promise to start work on our roads before the rain set in. We have been working very hard to deliver on this promise. I was in Aba today to inspect on-going constructions. We have made extensive progress in the construction of the following: 1. Ugwu Mango/Folks Road (Formally Tarred By UZOR KALU) 2. Ikot Ekpene Road/Bata Road by railway crossing, (FEDERAL ROAD) 3. Danfodio road (Virgin road Formally Tarred By UZOR KALU) 4. School Road drainage (Yes I saw his work but still in progress) 5. Pound Road (Virgin road Formally Tarred By UZOR KALU) 6. Jubilee Road (Virgin road Formally Tarred By UZOR KALU) 7. Clifford (Virgin road Formally Tarred By UZOR KALU) 8. Ohanku (How can you access the road without passing through Ngwa Road? Work Ngwa Rd 1st. Havent seen d work on the road) 9. Constitution Road (Constitution Crescent not Road. A short Road not up to 1km and never bad) 10.Osisioma Park etc. (Funny one. What is being done there?) Most of these roads and other facilities, which were in terrible bad conditions (give Us Example), are now being restored to normal use. We will continue on this trend until we have achieved maximum restoration of our roads and infrastructures. I feel excited that we are doing these much to restore Abia to its past glories. I ask Abians especially Aba people to maintain the ethics and hygiene of using our facilities as common goods for the benefit of all of us. Abia will certainly work again! Thank you TAO Tell us how many virgin roads you are developing or have developed? Except for the ones you are demarcating and claiming to have dualized, and the ones you are patching claiming to have tarred. |
Guys let us face fact. Soludo is not here now Sanusi is. Let us stop this comparism and think of the direction this country is moving. This comparism is not adding anything to the success of this country |
Ikndukwe:Tell us how many virgin roads you are developing or have developed? Except for the ones you are demarcating and claiming to have dualized, and the ones you are patching claiming to have tarred. |
I wonder why people like praising themselves. This man has done nothing in the state but I heard him encouraging Dickson to work in his state. Hmmm. I am from Abia state and I visit Aba often. Even though Uzor Kalu did not do much in Abia, T. A. has not done 1/10th of what Uzor did. T. A. is the worst in history of Nigeria. He should learn not to talk in public. |
Why not just expand existing ones?
Good one but the existing one is in town the heart of the state capital. They don't even have hostels because there is no land for that so moving it to permanent site is a good one. Besides the school causes hold ups on the capital |
British Government I thought Nigeria is an Experiment. Can we record our findings and Try these Merged Nations Living alone and also record our Findings. Putting our results on a Spreadsheet will help You (British) take a good decision of either to re-merge or un-merge this entities living together as one. |
That is not the problem of Nigeria. Let us unite and solve our problems in Africa and thos coward that ran away that are ashamed of us now will be forced to visit with visa |
Funny indeed. From the North we have the richest black in the World. From the North We have mast past Presidents. From the north we have most prominent Nigerians. Yet they are the poorest? That is the report they will send to US to justify their killings. So the question is, are those they are killing the cause of their poverty? How much does it cost to import rocket lunchers and warring arms? If they have sponsors that are willing to invest in their killings, why wont they sponsor them to alleviate their poverty. Clinton should come to the villages in the south and see poverty yet they are not killing people. |
Funny things happen in this country. 1. Who gave him right to spend Nigerian's money on Charity? Is there any cash appropriated for charity in CBN budget? 2. Let us assume he has the right, which incident came first? Does it mean that the Kano incident is the road opener to other such incidents? 3. We are only crying for Christmas day bombings, what of many other bombings in Borno, Kaduna, etc including the killings in Adamawa? Rule No 1: Never Start What You Cannot Finish. Advise: Call that money loan and save yourself from what you cannot finish I just dey laff for this Child's Play called Nigeria. When we get tired, we will return to our tent. British Government I thought Nigeria is an Experiment, Can we record our findings and Try these Merged Nations Living alone and also record our Finding. Putting our results on Spreadsheet will help us take a good decision of either to remain one or to permanently be on our own |
If the Senators are really normal, are they not in this country or are they not seeing the problems faced in this country? What have they done or what are they doing to solve the problems in this country instead of fighting for their salaries and allowances. They are all fools |
peckhamboi:Illiteracy is a very dangerous sickness. You mean the Ibo man is the one sabotaging SNC because he is the Chairman of the committee on media and information that has to make the decision of the senate public. Every slightest opportunity fools use it to insult Ibos. I remind you that the Ibos are not the highest in number in the Senate to force decisions on everyone |
IBB should refute those claim one by one. Does he train people under any name in Libya? This is because a lot of pastors names were mentioned and they can be contacted to confirm their sponsors if need be. |
Already the Yorubas that are not being mentioned are already aligning with the Hausas even though they are still not happy with this unholy matrimony. Why dont these people fight for their freedom? They are not serious, if other tribes are not happy, they should fight for their freedom. Their freedom is not with the Ibos. They are hypocrites. You are not happy, you want to leave, you don't want to push for your freedom, you see someone willing to fight for his freedom and you want to oppose him. I don't understand these men |
Nawaoo. Somebody that wanted to die on that day. Should he have succeeded, he would have been dead by now. Well let them sentence him to anything they wish. |
pinkymami:The more u try to please them, The more they get more infuriated> Please do you guy know from Adam cos I cant believe her first statement could lead to this animosity |
Even after the war we would have gotten there but other tribes can't just watch that happen. Hence they prosecuted the ibos and the ibos never got the time to continue with such designs. Ibos are highly blessed with intelligence especially in the world of technology. One day, we will have to opportunity and we will get there. |
A bit complicated. Now who knows if he has received a bigger offer and decided to call this truth a lie, or whether he is saying the truth now? Lying in the first place if he did is the beginning of his problem. He shouldn't have for any reason. |
These are northerners killing northerners. So we (USA) cannot come in because the areas they are killing people have nothing to do with the supply of our oil. LOL Just remembered the film, Hotel Rwanda |
Indeed we have six arms of Govt |
Guys, you know what I have realized, God is working in this country. You can see most of the presecutors of Christians from Haliru's confession that are now pastors |
These can be verified or refuted cos some names are given. Hmmm. Let"s see how it turns out to |
Everything he does we suspect. If you know your borders, how would they come to collect it by force? Is GEJ giving them the constitutional right to claim anywhere they want. This is just funny. |
But this same guy was indicted by Oputa panel which also recommended his sack. Are we recycling bad eggs? |
Selfish Man Corrupt Man (He is yet to explain the billions lost when he was petroleum minister and how NNPC was set ablazed immediately he overthrew Govt to cover for this corruption that was being investigated by the overthrown Govt). Boko Haram Jihad fighter |
My brother, nobody is refuting your claims, all we are saying is you need to improve in your grammar. I recall most of you guys in this NL mocking Her excellency. At least show us that you can do better than her. However your you are right when you said an engineering student is better or rather more intelligent than an Art student, but you must understand that we Engineers like calculations and hate theory while art students hate calculations and like theory. We need both calculation and theory to move forward hence the need to accommodate both engineers and art-classified professions in one government to achieve common goal. |
These people that claim to be unemployed, what do they do? Where do they go every morning? To me I believe we don't really have millions of unemployed persons but I know that if we add people who are not satisfied with thier jobs and are ready to move, it might be up to million. However they are employed but not satisfied and will not leave the jobs for people that will derive satisfaction in them to enter. so I believe 110,000 jobs is a good one. |
Funny GEJ will win BB anytime anyday, anyhour anysecond. I don't really see what he has done wrong except that he believes in rule of law. What and what did BB achieve when he was a president? Everybody says discipline, And I ask did he achieve this through brutality or legal means? Everybody says brutality. Well the world has passed that stage, for now it is a crime against humanity Sorry if there are other things he achieved as a dictator, you should say it. |
Parnassuss:Please always find out before making some claims. Who told you refineries are not working? I see the flare on and sometimes they have to shutdown because the rate of evacuation through the depot (Warri) is much slower than the rate of their production. The militants have vandalised all the pipelines leading to other depots thus making distribution difficult. However, the I know WRPC sell some products via ships to contractors who prefer exporting it to neighboring countries and claim to be sending it to Lagos. These contractors are still paid subsidy fee, and cost of transporting it to Lagos but they send it to other neighboring countries and sell it at normal price thus stealing cash from NGR in the name of subsidy. When this subsidy is removed, there will not be any need to export to other countries. I believe this is what GEJ is trying to achieve and I bet you the cabal involved in this crime will oppose the removal and even use people like me and you to fight against it. They will tell you how it will affect you but not how they are stealing from it |
I feel this fuel subsidy should be removed because if you know how people are stealing money under the guise of fuel subsidy, you will weep for this country . In the first place the questions we need to answer are; 1. is there anything like fuel subsidy? 2. How is this fuel been subsidized 3. Can't we stop importation 4. Where will the subsidy fund now be diverted into? 1. It amazes me when we say there is fuel subsidy because I know that we produce oil in this country and we also have Refineries that refine this oil into it's constituent finished products. So if Nigeria is producing oil and supplying to itself, where does subsidy come in? 2. I want to really know how this subsidy money is being paid and termed subside. Is it when we import or when we also produce that we subsidize? 3. Our leaders justify importation because they claim the refineries cannot sustain the nation's consumption. My concern is someone that works in refinery told me they produce sometimes to the extent PPMC cannot evacuate to customers and they have to shutdown on high ullage. So is it not funny that we do not even use all that the refineries produce before importing from outside thereby forcing the refineries to shutdown sometimes, Moreover I strongly believe that more of our consumption is on Generators so if power improves as we are promised, our consumption will reduce. Besides contract to build new refineries have been awarded. 4. Assuming there is fuel subsidy and the government stops it, where is the money going to be diverted to? House of Assembly allowances or personal pockets? Well, I support the removal of this so called Subsidy, though I believe it never existed in reality. I dey laugh |
danjohn:So in Nigeria, it is minister that build refineries? OBJ's achievement is being attributed to Buhari. LOL PTDF built more infrastructures in the north that has no oil than in the south that has all the oil. (Corruption because Buhari is tribalistic). As a president, how many developments came to the country? Even the so called corruption was fought by Idiagbon. The man has northern agenda and |
Jarus:Now i see. No wonder nairalanders are criticizing GEJ as if nothing good can come from him. Now I know that NL is a Buhari site. Well, not a problem. At least I now see why so much criticism are coming from here. So I now see it is because of the money you people lost. Hmmm, pathetic indeed. |
