Owerri already has FUTO, ALVAN, FEDPONEK, State Poly. Telll me where this one will be located. Meanwhile Rochas is not the person that chose ideato as the permanent site. It has been there for a long time. The present location is not big enough to accommodate the students, causes hold ups in state capital, no hostels.
