Is there really lock down in Lagos?

How are they really curbing the spread of this virus in Lagos? I don't seem to understand. Lagos will hit 3500 cases in no time. Failed government.

One problem with Nigeria is that time is always being wasted before the needful is done.

Almost every part of the world is on a lock down, USA, Australia and the likes, so why is everything different here in Nigeria. This lazy youths should Direct their anger towards politicians not those poor task Force. Most of these lazy youths don't even have a job, all they do is live on the street and task people on the street for a living. Lazy youths!
