Like I said, Ebonyi just has the highest known cases, there are thousands still unknown in the North. USAID is working with stats they got from hospitals.

what does i am not a fan of istikhara mean? istikhara doesnt mean everything becomes rosy. Istikhara is seeking Allah's guidance, not just when getting married, but for other important decisions of your life.
