quantity vs quality.

In which case I'm guessing Chinese Military is more powerful than US's because they have the largest standing Army? Nope.
leave this matter

MAN1960:
Hmmmmmmmm, and some people were just comparing Nigeria military that have over 200 thousand men and women of war to a nation that wants to reduce it little force of just 75 thousand to 50 thousand. While just last year Nigeria army alone past out 8 thousand men from depor Kaduna combine all three arm of our military, Nigeria past out more than 10 thousand men and as I speak the three arm of the military is currently recruiting more men into service. Military procurement is going on for the Nigerian armed forces and some people come here to say rubbish. Especially jl115, dead military.

like i said a few days ago, the cheer arrogance in our population is maddening. if you think someone is wrong, make your point and leave it, without disrespect or arrogance. no be like say the person hurt you lol. why take shit so personal all the time. smh

GeneralFarouq:
Rice producers made a valid point... No need for arrogance
Am not an expert in this field, but guaging from common knowledge of evrdaylife, the point he made is logically concievable.
Sometimes, You lots would go read a couple of materials on some particular topics and come here presenting ur statements as expert opinion/ evidence

its called due process. you just dont execute suspects. that's madness. i agree with you oga. don't mind these guys looking for instant execution. even in developed countries, we've seen innocent people locked up for over 30yrs for crimes they did not commit.
Govt shouldn't go around executing suspects. courts should decide their punishment.

GeneralFarouq:
Good analysis,... What about a wanderer who in good faith finds himself around bandit camp and eventually gets rounded up.
It is in lieu of these category of persons that profiling after arrest must be done to avoid unnecessary massacre...
Thus a popular legal saying
" The law would set free 100 criminals than to punish an innocent soul"
Though the above not militarily suitable however just be taken in to consideration.
Hence once those captured are found guilty, they should be handed the death penalty...

DubaiLandLord:
Bashir Magashi, minister of defence, says the bandits wreaking havoc on the north-west and north-central are becoming a nuisance.

He said President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed the need for urgency in dealing with them.

The minister spoke on Tuesday after the national security council meeting which took place at the presidential villa, Abuja.

He said: “This meeting was called in order to keep the C-in-C abreast on the current happening in the north-west and north-central, in respect of the improvements, problems and any other thing associated with the insurgency, banditry, kidnapping and the rest of it.

“From the meeting, we believe that the spate at which these things are happening in Zamfara state and north-central is a source of concern to the government and to all agencies that are responsible for the execution of the operations in the north-central.

“We discussed the need for urgency in our dealing with the bandits. We believe they’re becoming a nuisance; killing people, they are doing what they like, they make careless statements, they say what they think they should say in order to solicit the kind of audience they want from the society.

“We believe that we have gone a long way in keeping this country together. If one looks back, prior to our coming, 2014, you’ll find that there’s a lot of improvement, but people are not seeing it anymore.

“They believe probably we are incapable or there is something which we don’t know, but we are trying to find out why people are not appreciating the efforts of government.

“We have appraised our position, we’ve found that we are capable, we can do this thing, but we need the cooperation of every Nigerian in order to ensure a free society.”

During the security meeting, the president also mandated the service chiefs to find methods to deal with the country’s security challenges.

You are funny, do you know how many times we've heard that line ? Die later where? In a gunfire, who's counting who got hit. And were are the recovered bodies. Nothing is dying later. Never allow blood thirsty criminals to escape, how is that even possible? Why do they never pursue these guys

Others escaped with bullet wounds
They will die later
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 10:04pm On Sep 04, 2021
On top of that, they allowed those criminals to escape, blame Western cops all day, but one thing i like them for, there is no way in hell they will allow such murderers to escape, especially in large numbers. They know the consequence of allowing that.
These guys who escaped, will now come back later with vengeance and kill many people in those towns.

First In History: Saudi Arabia Graduates 1st Batch Of Female Soldiers.

A graduation ceremony for the first batch of Saudi female soldiers of the Armed Forces was held recently, the Arab News reported on Thursday. The group took part in a 14-week training from May 30 at the military' Women Cadre Training Center, it said.

The results of graduates, as well as the names of the most outstanding students and those who had been rewarded with prizes, were announced at the ceremony.

The kingdom opened military recruitment to women in February this year, as part of the efforts to empower Saudi females.

Saudi Arabia started allowing women to drive vehicles in 2018 after a decades-old ban. It was one of many initiatives to integrate women into the Saudi society, especially by providing them with job opportunities.

Fvker, you quoted me, so who deputized them if they aren't civilians? what are they, and even if they aren't, that justify torture? How stupid are some of you guys? So because the police is useless, it's okay for a person to be dehumanized and tortured? what law was passed that gave them that authority? That's the fvking African mentality, that it's okay to always brutalize each other. I feel sorry for you with that sad way of thinking.
And next time you want to be avoided, don't go quoting me, now off you go

yoged:
who told you they are civilian ? You must be suffering from eyes blindness. And you that kept speaking against police brutality. How has the police fair. Avoid me oga
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 10:00pm On Aug 23, 2021
And this is exactly why Nigeria will continue to rot. Look at the idiot's comment, when you are watching civilians abusing a suspect, and that's okay. Okay sir, carry on.

yoged:
aboki go and disband them. As if Nigeria police or NA are not even worse when it comes to abuse. ?
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 9:56pm On Aug 23, 2021
And you couldn't have made your point without being an A-hole? Good job kid.
If you think everyone there has papers to travel etc, then you are the re- tarded one. There will always be people looking to escape an hellish situation, therefore I'm sure some of these people are there looking for actual help, regardless if they have any documentation.
There is a reason the Taliban is helping control masses of people rushing that same airport, this was in US news just yesterday, so you are saying they all have papers or documentation but Taliban is turning them back?
I don't give a fvk about any of this, but next time, come correct or get lost.
be a decent fvking human being and don't insult people you have no prior issues with, idiot.

jpphilips:
That is why Nigerians are not mentally fit to use the social media because there is always a r@tarded explanation to a simple incident.

If you looked carefully at those in that Kabul airport, you would've noticed they had papers, what do you think that paper is?

The stowaway teenager that fell off the sky was identified by the same paper that flew with him, did you bother to find out what that paper signified?

US months ago have been processing documentations for those that worked with them in different capacities, trainers, minders, interpreters, teachers, care givers, cleaners, HUMINT, Embassy employees etc.
These Afghans over the last 20yrs have a huge number, Talibans has a Fatwa on their heads since 2010, immediately US announced their withdrawal, those people ensured the US evacuate them, so those Afghans at the airport are those whose fate are already sealed not your usual Afghan people on the street.

When they heard Taliban had taken over Kabul, they panicked & disrupted a once orderly evacuation process.
Don't think the average Afghan from Kandahar is looking for a stowaway opportunity in Kabul, that is not happening.

"A tweet from a pro-Taliban account reportedly claimed 15 Taliban fighters were killed and 15 wounded after the insurgents had been betrayed over an offer of an amnesty to locals, as reported by The Washington Post.

"All those who committed this crime must be killed. The doors of conversation are closed," the tweet said."

Mother effers removed a tweet from the Nigerian president, but this tweet was allowed? lol

I don't see any bold, but I'm guessing the cooking part? Who knows, i saw that on Yahoo news yesterday, have no clue how true

Do you really believe that part in bold?

This story was ran by the Daily mail I believe.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 9:48pm On Aug 21, 2021
Right? Terrorize the terrorists lol, imagine how funny that would be, well, to those of us watching from far away grin

GeneralFarouq:
Well they have the advantage of surprise and guerilla warfare... Especially now that Taliban is forced to operate like a conventional force.
I think they wanna reach a stalemate, were the divide the country.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 9:44pm On Aug 21, 2021
And that is the reason why... You think they are running and hanging on top of a moving plane because they love the Taliban? They are scared and desperate, because blood thirsty murderers are about to take control of their country, that's why they don't want to live under the taliban, it won't bring peace, it will bring oppression, and fighting is the only way out.
A woman was supposedly killed because she couldn't cook well enough, imagine that, and this is just the beginning.
Anyways, all good, good luck to them

kabe1:
There have been none, ordinary Afghans are war weary.

I mean, look at the terrifying images of afghans hanging a flying C-17 for dear life.

800 people packed into a C-17.

What's the point.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by Sizzorkay: 11:16pm On Aug 20, 2021
wow. what kind of peace is that? we are talking about a country full of oppressed people. Nope, fight, what kind of peace is that? at the end of the day the people will become slaves to the taliban, fvk that
