4. Aside reproduction and coitus, men don't need women for anything. In fact, women need men a billion times than men need women. Don't come here with the bullcrap line of "change your type/class of women" because a lot of men within my class employ househelps for cooking, cleaning and other stuff. The OP's story is quite common in Abuja than most guys care to think. The guys who have found themselves in that situation because of their ignorance of the nature of women don't always voice out not to appear weak before other men. When I graduated years back and was still looking to get employed, I had a lady (they are mostly, older) made an offer like that to me promising to help get a job with an NGO linked with the UN in Abuja. She was single and 34 years old at the time and a highly ambitious career woman. Two red flags, though the first one was of more concern to me. If you are trying to bulk more and get bigger. Add a decent amount of carbs and fats to your diet and eat more frequently than usual like every 2 - 3 hours. At this stage, Creatine Monohydrate is a good pre-work out supplement to help you generate energy to lift more. Avoid steroids. Vitamin supplements are not left out. All I mentioned above may involve a lot of money and for a struggling guy still in school, it may be an issue. It doesn't stop struggling guys from visiting the gym and attain some level of fitness, if they can't build muscles. A good, fit body does a lot for self-esteem, social dominance, sex game and overall health.

1. For some, masturbation may be because of social anxiety and anxiety in approaching women. Learn conversational techniques and develop confidence to approach women. Be careful of being totally obsessed with women, because when your status improves, you risk choosing puuussay over everything else that matters in your life - The pure definition of a SIMP.

2. For some, it's to always get away from environments or emotional state that trigger the urge and replace the addiction with another one like getting into the Gym and channelling the raging testosterone into building muscles (It worked for me). For others, it's work, skill or travelling, being around people who redirected your thoughts of it elsewhere.

3. For some, going religious or even "pseudo-spiritual/Higher consciousness" can go a great deal in working for them. The No-fap movement/Yoga/Tantric movement are one of the consequences of this.
