Are you aware there is a provision for one minister from each state? Will your DoroDullard Buhari create 36 ministries to fulfil these requirement or MARGINALISE some states?

The principle of federal character only stipulates that each state be duely represented at the federal level. This does not translate into having a minister from each state of the federation else we will as well have 36 secretary to the gov't etc.

States that do not have ministers will fill in other offices such as SGF, SA, Amb. High commissioners etc.
