Maser:You took the words out of my mouth, as a cross riverian, I don't see any need for this mono rail which is bound to operate between Tinapa and summit hill. It would be worthless to an average cross riverian or a calabar resident. It is rather to boast the tourism initiative of the state and to take participants of any conference on the summit on tour. This is money not well spent. **modified** the distance this rail is to cover is less than 4km-5km. |

luthorcorp:Guy, reason before you comment please, states generate revenues that locally through the various state internal revenue services and also through firms mandated to collect taxes on it's behalf. Revenues could be generated from : 1) agriculture 2) state owned institutions 3) state owned transport firms 4) taxes from businesses / companies 5) state owned estates 6) state owned hospitals 7) state owned companies among others.
