I've stated why Lions are called king of the jungle.

Jungle are mostly depicted as rainforest with tall trees.

Lion stays in savanna, grassland not jungle, it's unusual for them, lion stays in open place.

On a serious note, no animal is the king of the jungle, that title was given to Lions because of how they "behave" like kings(not that they are the most dangerous in the animal kingdom). I.e they are Pride protector, tax collector(they eat first before the lioness) .

But there are animals more dangerous that Lions, tigers are more stronger and faster than Lions and even larger, they have good advantage of defeating a lion.
And lastly, Lions don't stay in jungles.

1. Lion is not the king of the jungle, they don't stay in jungles.

2. Comparing "all" animal traits to humans is ridiculous, animals strictly follow how they are engineered and they vary, humans bypass some. A hunter(worker) In human society can be a leader and be valued.

3. Using your animal analogy, in the ant colony who's the leader?
