The court decision is not complicated. Status quo means to continue with the current state of affairs. Don't forget an accused is not guilty until proven otherwise.

To NNPC this is not even a case at all, the corporation has bigger legal requirements to deal with. Why is it that civil service and judicial officers have retirement age?. Do you expect a justice of the supreme court to serve for only 15 years in their career?

Entry level requirement is set in all organisations. The prosecutor is just mischievous. Elected public offices have age requirements set for them e.g. Presidency is 40 years, Senate and HOR is 30 etc.

Another perspective is that there is no legal precedent or labor laws that prevents a company from setting its recruitment requirements. Thus, this case would be swiftly thrown out.

Following the federal character in national recruitment (NNPC in this case) across states, does LGAs really come to play?

I didn't mention my LGA in my CV neither did I provide a copy of my certificate of origin.
I just mentioned my State of Origin.

Here is how to do the unofficial WES evaluation to convert your grade to its 4-point equivalent:

1. Visit https://applications.wes.org/igpa-calculator/igpa.asp
2. Create an account on the site.
3. Input each of your courses from 100–400L.

That takes some time but it's quite straightforward.

The service will then display your CGPA rated on the 4-point scale and mail it to you (for unofficial purpose).
