There are so many hungry mouths that renting a good crowd wouldn't be a big deal, afterall.

Ten minutes ago, a number of Bakassi boys storm the Okada unit at Ariaria Junction and confiscated over 100 motorcycles. They packed some in the Hilux they came in and set the rest on fire, leaving the unfortunate owners crying and cursing.

Kobojunkie:
How exactly is this a bad thing for IBB camp? I mean the governor is a mere Governor and he does not control the votes in his state . . . even he has to lobby to get re-elected by his constituents. So, again, how is this a major blow to the IBB cause?
You'd have been right if the votes counted, but they don't. About three days ago, Godswill Akpabio was promising Jonathan the whole votes from Akwa Ibom! Now that is not a gaffe.

I'd expected him to extend the vp slot to the ibo atleast to show that he's truly passionate about seeing an ibo president in 2015[/quote]Got ya! You said "have been decieving", so I was like : have been already decieved? Well, IBB, with his choice of Peter Odili, has already shown us his manifesto.

Politics › Re: Salt Unto Injury: Northerner Uses Jonathan To Spite Biafran Cause by slap1(m): 6:33am On Sep 14, 2010
What this boils down to is this: Jonathan's people helped kill Biafra, so the favour should be reciprocated by the North(pipe-dream) and the Yoruba(who will readily back the North when time comes). In essence, GEJ gives no damn about Igbo votes. Well, his saving grace is that it's only in the Western world that gaffes like this affects one's political fortune, but he should consider sacking that "special adviser", or giving him a post that requires intervals of grand st upid!t¥!
