In south-south we Ikas are small but mighty,we are not the 20th ethnic group by population,we should be the 5th,we are over 6million in number, including our brothers carved into edo.So of our people live aside Ika land and aside Nigeria.
Naija need to conduct another census.
6 million Ika people?

Politics › Re: Edwin Clark: No Igbo-Speaking Person From Delta, Rivers Should Contest by SlayerForever: 3:31pm On Apr 19, 2021
Sufferingboy:
You are stupid, clark is an old goat.
We Ikas can contest now, because GEJ still have fours for the south-south.So it is better GEJ contest again.
You guys need biafra,Nigeria is a zoo,you don't need the presidency.
Your people don't vote,so na who go vote una?
Rotation from North to south is okay, but micro-zoning to south-east is am opression to south-south people.
Look after Ibori, okowa is the 2nd man in delta state his is one of the most powerful governor in the entire south and PDP.
Kerosine sharing ikpeazu and sister ugwuanyi of both Abia and enugu state can not stand before Okowa in PDP,how much their state dey contribute?
Ah ah. This thing pain you o.

But acknowledging that the Ijaws are no brothers to Ndiigbo but rather aggressively expansionist neighbors would be a great way to start to unwind this conundrum.

You know sometimes you just have to engage in some soul searching. They did all these, and then what? The Niger Delta/Ijaw creeks became an Eldorado? They uplifted themselves from penury? Their sons became internationally acclaimed? The people became world beaters/pacesetters? Today what can one say they achieve or gained? A few crumbs from the table? Gosh. Low lives...all of them.

So an Urhobo man (Ejoor) introduced the arabic inscription on the Nigerian Army logo, a Bini man (Akenzua) told Gowon to betray the Aburi Accord and now we learn that an Ijaw man was the one that sold the idea to Gowon for regions and resource control to be scrapped and states to be created. Very interesting...
And today they are all lowlives. After all they did to stick it to the Igbos. Lowlives...all of them.

Etrusen:
the two states making up bendel (Edo and Delta) are bigger than the entire eastern Nigeria in both land mass and resources

so when talking breaking away from Nigeria, Bendel have what it takes to form a country of their own.

so make Igbo's pack well even if you remove Anioma from Bendel, we still better pass Una

So Edo's and Deltans don't be moved we have what it takes to be a nation considering our historical oneness.

Exactly. Funny thing is my madam is from Nsukka. I spent 8 years in that town, so I know how they think and behave to a very large extent. I've been betrayed my Igbo boys so I know how they think. They just want to be able to go to the village and oppress people claiming they've arrived. While there's nothing bad in that, it's bad when it's what controls your life!

God has helped me, I'm wealthy, very wealthy. But I'll be dammed if I let that be the yardstick of approach I have towards people and certain issues. Life goes beyond money and power and the earlier Igbos know this and stop seeing anyone who doesn't buy their ideas as enemies, they'll have a very long way to go in terms of politics and cohesion even if they get Biafra.

Or is it not the Anambra Igbos who'll tell you they are superior to Enugu Igbos? And the rest would say they are superior to Ebonyi Igbos? Already created a caste system even amongst themselves so HOW DO THEY THINK OTHERS WOULD TRUST THEM TO WANT TO BE WITH THEM?
[/s]

You know one thing we've learned about the useless minorities? They spend more time talking about Igbos than their Niger Delta. Too bad.

Bur the UNCLOS law permits Southeast to get access to the sea via a direct river access even if southsouth doesn’t agree.

Biafra can win the case if they take it up in United Nations. Do you know about the UNCLOS?
The vast majority here don't, starting from the op.

Although I don't think the animalistic people South side will take cognizance of international law.

Ndoki claim Ijaw, Diobu Claim Ikwerre and you heard what Gov Wike said

If the Arochukwu were not interested in reaching the Coast which they could have reached in one day because they wanted to maintain their business monopoly on slavery and European goods business they should have at least allowed others to reach the Coast.who needed to go there for hunting fishing or farming

When you look at Arochukwu on the Map and where the Coast is you will know they deliberately didn’t want to go to the Coast.
Ndoki claim wetin? Yoruba people eh. Too bad.

Christistruth00:
Even if it was a vast thick forest some Igbo hunters and fishermen would have explored it found few settlements or even just farms and staked a claim on at least that part of the Coast even if it was only Few miles long.

The long Juju Myth was used by Arochukwu to Scare a lot of Igbo groups that would have reached the Coast naturally from getting there,
Just look at the map there was only one days journey between Arochukwu and the Coast and under normal circumstances some Igbo hunters and fishermen would have reached the Coast.

Aromire Was a Fisherman but Lagos Island still belongs to his Family today because he used to fish in the area and farm pepper on it.
Ikorodu was first settled by hunters

If the Arochukwu had not deliberately blocked Igbos access to the Coast some Igbos would have had settled on Isolated areas of the Coast and they would have been able to state a claim to it.
Ndoki settled close to the coast. Diobu is by the sea too.

No one has the sea? You obviously don't know your maritime laws. The owner of the land adjacent to the sea owns the sea up to several 10s if not 100s, of nautical miles outwards. That aside, the points where the rivers you are going to be dredging run into the ocean belongs to non Igbos. They may not give permission to you.

Hope you know that Venezuela with less confusion and inter ethnic crisis than South South have the largest oil reserve in the world. Look at them now. Almost 60 year civil war, presidential crisis since two years ago, poorest in South America, a disgrace to Latin Countries and still not in control of themselves.
Look at Congo. Congo is supposed to be the richest in Africa based on resources but now Congo is a very big mining site.
Look at Mali. The gold capital of the world with gold mines but zero gold reserve, controlled by French.
My dear this is why I am strongly against inclusion of any part of South South in Biafra.
You can't have what half of the world wants and expect peace if you don't submit your future.
It is better to build from a homogeneous country with one ideology. This is what Ndigbo have over other groups in Nigeria. Ndigbo have one ideology.
Niger Delta might have a chance if they submit to US for protection sha
