On this note, IPOB strongly condemn the barbaric act by hoodlums and mentally deranged fellows who disrupted a WAEC exam in a school in Imo State on Monday. What a stupid madness! Whoever was behind such barbarity must be made to pay for their actions.

"IPOB leadership is hereby promising to replace those motorbikes burnt in the school to their owners and rebuild school blocks burnt by hoodlums in the name of ESN and IPOB volunteers.

The group promised to set up a taxforce to chechmate those parading themselves as IPOB volunteers and those committing crimes against the people, adding "We plead to Biafrans to bear with us for this dastardly act against humanity they are using to disrepute and demonise IPOB in the world. We are calling on the school management and those their properties were destroyed to contact any IPOB office near to them for possible payments of their properties".
This is very very good. Excellent!

People who can not see beyond their noses already said it was ESN who scuttled exams yesterday. What a stupid conclusion from them. Anybody with a functional thinking faculty can tell the burning of the school was a stupid government gimmick. Like the time they robbed a bank at Ogbunike, Anambra and installed a Biafran flag. Silly.
Politics › Re: Sit At Home: Why Is Everyone Crying On Behalf Of The Participants? by SlayerForever: 12:14pm On Sep 14, 2021
I set up an interactive session with those who are against the sit at home. Op you can bear me witness to the kind of suggestions they brought e.g
1) open protest (and get shot, thank you),
2) change the idealogy of the political parties like APC,
3) take protest to Abuja,
4) face the police directly,
5) unite the south to ask for referendum,
6) join Nigeria politics and unite all Igbos,
7) cancel the sit at home first,
cool work with other Nigerians to make Nigeria work,
9) forget Biafra and live in Nigeria like that *facepalm* etc etc

I will confess something here : I regretted that interactive session. It was a total waste.

Let's keep in mind the terrorist FG will give a useless announcement on the day of MNK's trial which will fire up the people even further to remain resolute. Next Monday might be total LOCKDOWN.

What will the naysayers come up with then?

I will be here to mention names when the unbelievable happens on Monday.

They are scared of Ipob.
Give them time, they will come out, for now they are just scared cos the cancelation of "sit at home" isn't supported by ev'ry one and nobody wants to become a victim of the oppositions.
Igbo need to deal with the manace called Ipob but I feel ipob is majority in Igbo land so all they need is govt intervention

Politics › Something Shocking That May Happen Next Monday : Timeline Of Sit At Home by SlayerForever(op): 11:07am On Sep 14, 2021
Note : This is a list of measures taken so far to end the sit at home.

1) Cancelation of the weekly sit at home a month ago, on direct instruction from MNK. Reaction : people stayed in.

2) Continuous encouragement for the people to come out by IPOB and Eastern governors alike.
Reaction : people stayed in and viciously lambasted the IPOB lawyers and leadership of selling out.

3) Provision of extra security to assuage feelings of likely attack if people open business.
Reaction : People remained indoors.

When these failed :

4) Government threatens dismissal-on-no resumption for government workers every Monday.
Reaction : Staff and the general populace remained indoors despite threat.

5) Government threatens shutdown of banks l, transport unions and markets if they fail to open.
Reaction : People remained indoors.

6) After exam disruption IPOB vows to assist in seeking out touts threatening few open businesses : Reaction to be seen next Monday.

Now hypothetically speaking, what if next Monday the entire South East remains on lockdown?. What will the naysayers come up with and what will the government do?

After the massacre that befell Ebonyi people that statement was so insensitive. The governors are so wicked I don't know why. Was it not love for the people that made them go for the post. To better the people's lives? Why so wicked?

Helping the victims of such massacres will ultimately fall under the purview of Igwebuike Ndigbo as time goes on. Ka Chineke mezie okwu.

You talk like a 6 year old kid, how old are you really? grin

People has been selling their people out since the beginning of time.

Buharri was betrayed by his COGS and overthrown
Dimka shot murtala in the back of his head
Tinubu sold MKO down the river
Fulanis sold Adaka boro to Ben Adekunle who shot him.

What's your price?
Is it not ironic that you talk about maturity then go on to sound like a kid yourself.

In how many of those situations was genocide in the picture? You're comparing one man backstabbing the other to selling out thousands of innocent people, are you insane.

It seems the idea of being a sellout for the right price is agreeable to you. Okay, it is duly noted.

Umu Anuofia that have no means of livelihood will sit in their fathers compound and be typing trash.

The reason is simple because people are scared that they will be injured by touts, Igbo smokers and ndi guff ( which is what made up Ipob members) planted by Ipobs on certain locations...to kill and wound people going about their activities.

Ipob as at now is a full blown terrorist organization and they have finally buried biafra more and more because people now believe Nigeria is better to the atrocities that is been committed by ipobs.

Biafra is dead and buried.... nailed Coffin.

There's no time everyone will believe in a cause at the same time. Some few People are still benefitting from the rot in Abuja, so they will never want to try something new.
Yes, everybody can not agree. Even some Igbos don't want Biafra, for their own reasons.

But you see that line of selling the Igbos out that is one thing I can bet these people will begin to do very soon. That's what I'm saying.
Politics › Why People Are Afraid To Open Business Despite Cancelation by SlayerForever(op): 11:23am On Sep 13, 2021
Seeing comments from some Twitter people I realize those anti sit at home Igbos are afraid of opening because that will cement their place as saboteurs in the midst of Igbos.

I've read about the war from different sources and those people you see who are against every medium used by IPOB in seeking freedom are behaving exactly as the sabos did during the war.

The sabos were against everything did by Ojukwu and the eastern regional government, they opposed this and opposed that, mostly for political correctness, but to provide workable alternatives they couldn't. Ultimately they began to sell Igbo people out to the enemies and contributed to a genocide against their own people as these current ones will ultimately do. Quote me anywhere.

It is said that the more things change the more they remain the same.

Counter me if I'm wrong.

Honestly, I'm not happy with what Nigeria has turned out, and I used to support the agitation of IPOB and that of the Yorubas.

But, it seems we're getting it all wrong!

Prices of things in the SE has skyrocketed all because of the incessant lockdowns (sit at home).

Fuel price closed at ₦300 yesterday in my area (Ekwulobia, Anambra State).

Transportation fares have gone up too.

Are we actually doing the right thing? How would the low class earners survive these hikes?

People like us that also have businesses, we pay our workers only for them to come to work just 3-4 days per week.

It's affecting a lot of things.

I think the strategy IPOB is pushing should be "re-thinked" on.

Politics › Re: IPOB Should Contest Elections by SlayerForever(op): 9:57am On Sep 12, 2021
gidgiddy:
I remember that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu, was asked on BBC Igbo in 2019 about IPOB participating in Nigerian politics to push their agenda foward

Kanu's reply was that those who want IPOB to participate in the dirty world of Nigerian politics are those who want IPOB destroyed. He said said it was the case of a hunter who sets up a trap and is telling the animal he wants capture to enter the trap.

Kanu's reminded BBC Igbo that as popular as Ojukwu was, he was trounced in Senatorial elections in his own state in the 80's by a nobody, simply because Ojukwu did not want to rig elections like his opponents did.

Kanu's summation was that if Nigeria had a culture of free and fair elections, and was structured along along Regional lines like Britain, then a case could have been made for IPOB to become a political party, sieze power at the ballot, and move a motion for referendum in the Eastern Region just like the Scottish National Party did in Scotland

Unfortunately, Nigeria is far from being either a country that holds credible elections or being restructured.

I think Kanu was right, the last thing IPOB should do is go anywhere near the dirty world of Nigerian politics, it will be the end of them.
Brilliant.
