This is purely for motivation and to reward hard work. It isn't easy. Permit me to state, the best and advisable work habit was shown by Gabrinch256...don't work everyday, u will burnout fast, have rest for yourself and your car. Sundays are easy cash out days, if u can, take advantage of it. But by all means do what works for u.
So winners should contact me and send account details. My work is done here.
Thank you. What!!! No @baz001. Even if na 2k shw respect include him on the list. Na e matter follow motivate dis contest |

BAZ001: Quit, stop stop, you are using the wrong tool. Olosho will take you to bad road, if you have to change your shocks all your earnings will go and you will borrow from your personal money
But if you still want to give it a try Activate your bolt account , bolt is the winning team right now. If you can push yourself to do 10 trips u will have 2,600 bonus everyday. Stay on the island and target surge.

GeneralZodd: Lol. Is part of this business bro, any real hustler on this Ehailing job must have been to aleast 3 different police stations,
Me since I stated this work in 2015, I have been to 7 different police stations in Lagos on different offence commited knowingly and unknowingly.
1 . Ogudu police station : Driving without tinted permit in 2015. I paid fine ₦5000
2. Maroko Police station: Driving one-way at midnight due to bad road. I bailed my car for ₦10,000 with serious begging and pleading. I slept in police station to collect my car the following day. That's was 2016
3. IGando police station: I picked up G boys from ikeja going to Lasu gate, police stop us at IGando bustop, they search phones of those boys and found white women pictures and some tools they use in collecting money from client. I tried to explain to them I drive Uber, they refused to listen, Na so dem carry us go police station. Getting to the station, they compelled us to write statement. Luckily for me, one of the boys called his uncle who happened to be the Commissioner of police Lagos state. He demanded they release us with immediate effect. They freed us immediately without wasting time. That was in 2017.
4. Maroko Police Station again. : I picked up a Nigerian Artist based in UK in Lekki phase 1 close to Don jazzy's Mavin studio. The dude was going to Palms ShopRite Oniru. On getting to his destination he alighted and paid me. After 10mins of driving off from ShopRite, I got a call from him that his wallet is missing. I searched the nooks and crannies of the car I didn't find any wallet. I called to tell him I didn't see his wallet, I had to drive back to Palms to clarify myself. Getting there, we both searched the car again. We didn't see the wallet. He insisted we go to the station. We got there and entered there was no officer to attend to us. We drove back to his pick up location, he searched his house and found his wallet on the dinning table. 2018
5. Somolu Police Station: Google Map took me through one way, as I was about to exit the one way Some police men hiding for one corner jump out from no where stop me, collected the car keys, impounded my car and took my particulars and my car keys. They were threating that my car will be Auctioned for taking one way. I had to beg and beg. We sha settled at ₦8,000. This was 2019
6. Ikorodu Police Station: I took BRT lane, because I wasn't familiar with Ikorodu road network. And there was serious traffic. Task force stopped me at Majidun and ceased the car. This was the biggest fine I have ever paid. ₦35,000. Initial they were demanding for ₦90,000. That was 2019
7. Ikeja police station: This happened recently. I was coming from festac that faithful night after dropping off rider. I decided blow to empty back home, it was pass 12 and I didn't know lockdown was still on. Naso I jam police for ikeja underbridge. They stopped alot of cars and took us to the police station. They were claiming we violated Covid19 rules and they would lock us up in a cell. , But deep down in my mind I knew they were trying to shalo us. At d end everybody Paid ₦3000 to bail himself
Police matter and Ehailing business are like 5 & 6, is something one will encounter, but the most important thing is to always learn from every mistake or offence commited so it doesn't repeat again. Because sometimes the subsequent mistake or offence might cost you alot than the previous ones.
I am patiently waiting for the Gist Only u na client for ekelebe |

northbird: Very true. I don't go to unfamiliar places. Once I sense it's a troubled spot, I let the trip ring out.
For instance, I don't do Lagos island( Eko, balogun, idumota, oke arin n Co). So many pitfalls there, the female riders that want to drop by UBA, or on marina road n still want to pay by transfer. U Sabi em bro If I accept Lagos island trip mostly broad Street or Marina I usually call rider immediately to inform Dem there drop off Will be d car park Wich Dy will pay 4 or oando or conoil fuel station if Dy agree B4 d end i den block incoming request and move straight to vi or surulere |

tunlapapa: These you mentioned are what good drivers are meant to do when driving but majority of drivers in Nigeria will know he is turning right at the end of the road but will still maintain left and turn at the late time.
There are driving instructions to follow but a large percentage of Nigerian drivers didn't go to driving school, even some driving schools do not teach the right way. Baba no be so u see driving nobody learns all, apart from drivers wat about d road managers (govt) how are Dy managing the safety and precaution signs because dat particular road there is no sign up or down. The best like I do when going to unfamiliar places i calm my head down to be observate and also ask riders for head's up wen necessary. Good luck |

dru23: Your 04 camry shouldn't be shorting oil ..more than likely you bought a lemon. Those cars were in such huge demand that some had high miles on them .... I use the big daddy during my early years of uber..
When you bought yours did you verify the actual MILEAGE ? I can bet money that yours was bought high miles and the mileage was roll back before it was sold to you ... It only cost 5k to roll back mileage my brother...... Also it is 2007 to 2009 camry v4 that had a factory defect of oil shorten ........
Ps ... The more often you stress your car especially when use for e- hailing the more you burn more oil ..keep that in mind .. All these stop and go and traffic hold up, local driving stresses the car alot more than highway driving .......
Now I keep saying this is why I use Honda Civic 03 to 05. Those cars were built specifically for low maintenance. They were design for that and they have the lowest maintenance cost ....
And from experience I never had oil shorten issues unless from worn out oil seals or bad pcv values.. I have mention these couple of times.. Samething with my elantra 07 to 08 never had issues with oil shorten..
If you know you will be using your car for e hailling make sure to use full synthetic oil and follow owners manual ... Using the correct grade oil will also help you to save on petrol consumption.
I have a small fleet of cars on uber for the past years now .. My experience is well documented here ....i know what am talking about Note d full synthetic oil is for ppl with tokunbo ohh, if you buy 9ja use, mostly palmoil Mobil xhp will be better |

CheerfulGiver: This thread is just another offshoot of our offline lives... There are positive people and there are negative people and there are the never do wells. Dem full here. Bros, how is this business? Business no good o... All lies.
They don't want you to join. They will never show you way. Always one negative story day after day. Resident idiot on this thread asked whether uber na work? Only a negative never do well person will refer to a job that gives you 7k a day at least, after fuelling and commission, as "no be work". But the same aranchid was celebrating how his life has changed and how he overcame challenges with the same uber driving he is castigating.
Heck, he was even celebrating that uber has accepted him back. My people, if uber no be work, why is he celebrating. I want you all to reason and see why I go in hard on these group of efulefus. These are the kind of people you should avoid, cut off, block from your life. They are too negative, and if you listen to their crocodile tears, you may never take a decision.
Another one said the job isn't easy because he forgets to eat, and when he does, he eats gala and bigi, that he lost weight blah blah blah. LMAO... All na scam. Why will someone making money intentionally eat junk? Rice and chicken in chicken republic is just #650!
Are these the people you want in your life? They'll rather discuss how they light oven, how girls are disturbing them, how they were rude to riders... Stupid stuff
Remember, positive and negative. I deleted their types in my life and I boomed.
Make I chop lunch, wash car continue my sweet life o Jere. No time for nonsense people. Bolded is on point far beta and valuable dan junk, only dat chicken sef na something |

No made business man will ever disclose his/her earnings and you guys are here deceiving ursef anyway na poor man mentality dats all. I support those who are against dashboard posting anybody who want to know if d business is profitable jst tell d person it is profitable or not u don't need to motivate d person with dashboard because days where greed generates from.

Kanoski: The shorting of oil has gone bad though the smoke is still not noticable.
And another thing is that its making some noises which m really not comfortable with. Steering pump is also on its way out. The steaming sensor is bad .
So i have resorted to not fixing anything like this.
I even downgraded to a cheaper oil sef just recently.
Funny enough it doesnt consume fuel. I still don't know how an engine with all the problems like mine Will still have chilling AC n not consume fuel. It amazes me.
N m also scared of inflation cus of the way things are going. Make i buy now were the price still the hover around 300k Cus small time now, e go enter 350
So i will be going with my mechanic n the car to aba for the engine swap. Cus i need the best Which 1 be dis again? Steaming sensor Hw is ur spark plugs because ur engine to Short oil wella and not smoking u beta do proper check up even compression test if possible |
