What's happening with F2A with the small or no movement?

Large numbers of F2a and f3 folks who are current but has probably been dragging their feet at nvc stage seem to be getting case completes and interviews. And since we are the end of the fiscal year, nvc figured the visa numbers aren't gonna be available soon and these guys keep coming.

They had to stop movement.
If August experiences same issue and they run out of numbers,, they may just retrogress just to make those already current not current again. When the new fiscal year starts in October, it will move again

So don't expext movement for Sept. Bulletin.
Watch out for certain movement in october

they wont look at your bank account statement or invitation letter or care who is sponsoring you.
all they need is how strong your tie to Nigeria is.


since you are married, and probably have kids, then you have a good tie.
it is left for the consular officer to issue you a visa or not.

yes, they will likely stay more in F2B because that seems faster and more people are being exposed to the details of why they should remain in F2B.
if this happens, F1 will likely be reduced from the 7 years average to 6 or 5 years over time since F2Bs contribute to the long wait of F1, that reduction in wait-time will happen just like we have 2 months movements per month.
then F2Bs may start weighing queues to decided where to stay, same think we practice on ATM queues

the luckiest of all is the F2As, they will hardly exceed 3 years and never exceed 5 years, reason is their petitioner will just apply for citienship and they leave the queue entirely

I think the solution is for ATM machine design to include a fake pin, this pin should give access to limited funds but raise an alarm. The banks could install a trailer horn sef to draw an ever present mob. You have to get to the police to explain why you had to use your 911 pin

It depends, he is either just filing which may take 7-8 years or at the nvc stage which may take 6months.

did he ask that you scan your NPC birth certificate to him years back or recently?
Did he recently ask you to get a police report?
