I met with Koffi at the ikeja country club sometime last year at an uncles birthday ceremony. He was the mc for d day. Feeling excited I walked up to him after the event and took pictures and cordially asked for his card which he gave happily. Afterwards I told him I will call him early this year for my wedding to be the master of ceremony, he obliged.

Sometime last month I called again and got through to his secretary saying I needed his service to be my mc on my wedding day which was on Saturday 23rd April.. she said she will get his number across if he confirmed he was available for the date. subsequently he messaged me saying I shld call him. to cut the long story short.

we negotiated back and forth and reached an agreement for 100,000 naira only. which he agreed. He sent his bank details (GTB) and said payment will guarantee booking. I swiftly paid and told him so. we exchanged messages on and off before the day and I asked to see him before the day like 1 week before to give him brides name , grooms name and all necessary information but he said he won't be around to meet before the day that I shld email to him... I did that.

alas on the day, this guy gave only a show face, introduced himself, and spent less than 20 mins before he disappeared and left the scene, he left us with one mc like dat dat no one knew from jack.

the sad side is, I didn't even get to the reception before he left. I never saw him but pple said he only came a few mins. the mc he left told me he said he wanted to hmgo eat somewhere that he wad coming back....IMAGINE

I felt used, cheated and duped....what a disappointing day it turned out to be. I called him afterwards to ask for a partial refund of 50000 but he has rebuffed and told me he did me a favour by coming atal that he had an appointment he could not miss the same day...!!!! so why didn't he tell me that in the 1st place right?

Pls spread the word that this guy is nothing but bad news for anybody atal. He is a cheat and a fraud. He is also obviously a poor man. if you have any event... dnt even think about calling him.

I will get his number across to those that need it and make sure I go to any length to spoil his image. as I speak first thing 2mao morning I am going to the police station to report the case and luckily I happen to be related to the 2nd in command police station festac branch. a summon Is expected....this is practically a criminal case. he then said at least the service was rendered....he was so rude and arrogant like he is one superstar....Good riddance...

I have all documents, pictures and messages to prove all that's written is true.

funny enough, when you call your bank, they will send you snapshot from their end that says, all 3 requests were successful

the first flaw of the system is that gtb issued tokens were not being used anywhere along the transaction.
if i had keyed in my token when *737ing, and my mobile network had to present this token as a form of auth token
then my mobile network would not be able to claim i made more requests than i actually made.

if they approach your server and show lets say token number 111111
then you process that transaction and log the token, when they come again with 111111
then your server rejects and everyone is safe.

i have lost counts of how many times your ibanking platform ate my money but got no credit back in the days when i used to use it.

i noticed you usually advice that applicants should convince the interviewing officer that they have strong ties to home country

based on how the interview is usually conducted, this is hardly possible.
VOs ask questions and you are only allowed to answer, AFAIK, you really cannot take charge of the interview direction

for instance, in the case of the lady who talked about names on doctor's letter not matching name on passport.
this could create an issue that the VO may have decided right away, before the first question that "i'm denying you"
even though he may be asking other unrelated question, how will such applicant get the chance to clarify things

1. are applicants allowed to quickly clarify issues before the interview starts
2. interrupt questions being asked to clarify issues
3. or do so while VO is typing.

will this act of being forward worsen the applicant's chances because VOs may conclude applicant already know their application is sketchy
hence the need to quickly chip in.

also, what do you think about if an applicant is being sponsored by relatives which happens a lot, such applicant should not present a bank statement
because providing his/her inactive account statement makes no sense
presenting a parent's is not credible too
can you even get a visa if you are been sponsored for tourism in the first place.

Interview was OK. They asked how my parents met, how long my dad had been in the US, occupation e.t.c Our interview was really short, less than 5 minutes, I think. I don't think anyone was denied and all interviews I witnessed were really short except for this one guy who had been married like a thousand times

Everyone is wailing about the current economic situation in the country.
President Buhari see this as a ploy to undermine his government.
I am going to share my views and that of people close to me.

I work for an IT company that pays my salary on the 1st of the month, even if the 1st is a weekend, i will get credited.
Now the company can hardly keep up with salary payments.
Reason?
well we got a contract from a Federal Government office worth 15 Million naira, my boss has delivered with his own cash but has not been paid.
communications from that office is that they need their share of the budget to be able to pay up for the services.

Now, the result of Buhari's indifference about the woes of the economy relative to me as an individual is that i have not been paid February salary.
this means,
1. i cannot afford to help my younger ones with school fees payments
Repercussion: the school may have to delay teacher's salary if many parents can't meetup, then the teachers wont be taking anything home to their family. This is hardship for them.

2. i will be doing my cloth washing with my fragile hands and will no longer engage the services of the washerman who comes around every weekend.
Repercussion: my washerman is out of job, and may not be able to feed his family. or even pay his kids' school fees or buy them book

3. I may have to manage what i have while transporting myself to work but what do you say to a scenario where i get to pay double because there is no fuel?
Repercussion: i may be force to trek some distance before boarding a bus. this is hardship for me.

4. After the whole stress, i get back home and there is no electricity to even sleep well. with the heat that is circulating in lagos right now, This is untold hardship.


We voted for buhari, but it is obvious he did not hit the ground running as he promised, he has been flying around, giving preference to things that will not benefit the common man.
Instead of sitting his bottom in one place and going through the details of the budget, he is busy going for nuclear mettings, going to china etc.
Please how come at his old age, he still has misplaced priorities?
Flying around the world to meet people old enough to be his grandchildren.

So disappointed.

you have a badass internet and were able to stream higher quality.
streaming checks you bandwidth and serve you content based on that

meanwhile, while downloading, you probably selected a lower quality version.

my view? downloading is better because you can re-watch, streamed contents gets deleted on the fly.
