Is it a Geo domain? If yes that amount is ridiculous. I no wan know how much you buy am.

Is it a brandable? The price might be ok if:

1. The domain is aged
2. The keyword or niche is hot right now
3. If you purchased it in an auction for $Bleep - xxxx
4. There are existing companies using a part of the domain (2 words brandable) in their name e.g lemoncube to determine its company worth, visit crunchbase and search for "lemon" and notice the companies using it. Then search for "cube" and see the companies using it as part of their brandname. This would give you an idea of how strong and valuable your domain is.
5. You can also check LinkedIn, Twitter and maybe Facebook

Most importantly check the rep of your enduser. How big is it and who responded to your mail, is he the CEO? If yes after passing like three of the ones I stated above you can determine the price you'd give him.

Also always ensure that the price you give is less than the price on the landing page

I imported the lead so Dan takes 5%. As per the pricing I noticed if I have loads of endusers my price would be low $xxxx so when you ask for price I qoute 200 less than what's on sales page then ask you to make offer. I would just add $100 extra on your price and stop outbound to other endusers.

I send my email either individually (phone)/streak merge mail(laptop)

I do not include price in my mail, I need to sense interest before I reveal price. Moreso the price is already in the for sale lander. For me when I add price to my mail I do not get a response back.so I prefer blank mail then when I tell you the price and you do not respond I know there was interest so I could follow up.

please how do you know our enduser? I type the keyword now at bing and this is what I get. I think the enduser are the one that our domain is similar to them. But I don't see many as the keyword. Are we just going to be mailing all the websites that bing brought or how?

The first on the list is an end users. I actually do not fancy bing for geo domain as Google map works best for me.
Sometimes your name might not match but the service they render is your domain name

I can't tell what you are doing wrong if we don't know the domain. It's possible the domain is not quality, your mail is not getting to box but going to SPAM, or you need to mail more endusers or your pricing........ So many things

I use hunter, snov, Facebook and Gmail app.

hunter//io requires a custom email account for 100 free extract a month

Snov//io requires normal email and gives 50 emails search

Facebook: I visit the about page to search for email

Gmail app: so there's always an email pattern for all these companies. So I after finding out who the decision maker is, I go to my Gmail app to send the mail. I use the format (e.g fsurname@domain.xx, first name@domain . Bleep e.t.c). Now before or once I type in the last letter (.com) an icon comes up either an initial of the name, or a picture e.t.c this tells me the email is correct so I don't bother using other methods to get the email I just proceed.

Hope my explanation is clear

Had 103 endusers to contact and buyer was very interested as he responded to my mail less than a minute after I sent it.
I quoted $910 as asking price and he said that was a fair price but he doesn't have that kind of money cos of COVID-19. I told him to make me an offer Baba said $272 I tell am say na money im call but e no reach but say I go do 400 to cover escrow charges.
He responded that I have been so generous with my prices (Baba dey toast me ) but he had to squeeze money around to get up to that 273 that way can be do so that the escrow does not bite me so bad so I said let's do $350 but he begged for $323 and I agreed. All these from 1st mail to the sale was for just a lil above 1 hour.
I put him through the UndevelopedEscrow process and he paid. How I wish I had PayPal as the buyer had a porkbun account I for just keep the $51 I paid Dan.

Why did I accept his price?
I had just sent 18 mails before he responded and while I was chatting with him I was still sending mails but no one has responded as at the 34th mail out of 103 so I said Omo make I rest since the domain is less than a day with a good ROI.
