I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus,bought,redeemed from sin,sickness and poverty by the blood of Jesus(Rom 3:22). Jesus was wounded for my sins. He took the punishment for my sins upon Himself. Therefore, by His stripes I am healed and walk in health(Isa 53:5).
• I shall not have morning sickness,nausea,vomiting,headache or discomfort during this pregnancy. I shall not be weak, tired, fatigued, moody or depressed;the joy of the lord is my strength. I shall rejoice throughout my pregnancy. There will be no disease upon me or upon the baby in my womb,for the Lord shall bless my bread and my water and all that I eat and drink, and take sickness away from us.
• I will not have miscarriage,the fruits of my womb are blessed,they shall not be destroyed(Exo 23:26). They shall come out of my womb at the right time and shall not be late. My baby and I shall live to declare the faithfulness and works of God(Psa 118:17).
• My baby shall grow perfectly. The placenta shall sufficiently sustain my baby;my baby shall be in the right position at the time of delivery(Isa 44:2,Isa 49:5).
• I shall have a supernatural vaginal childbirth. My delivery shall be free of pain and complications. My baby shall come out without the aid of instruments(Isa 66:7,1Tim2:15).
• There will be no need for forceps, or cutting of any sort. I will not have caesarean section; neither shall my perineum tear nor be cut, for my cervix will dilate quickly to full width. My cervix and vagina are wide enough to allow my baby pass through smoothly. My vagina shall stretch gently and easily and will not tear(Isa 66:8-9).
• My contraction shall be short;I will deliver as soon as possible in a good hospital(Isa 46:3-4). The doctors and nurses/midwives shall be mindful of all. that I have confessed and shall cooperate with the Holy Spirit. They will rejoice concerning the smooth labour and delivery(Exo 1:19,Isa 66:10a).
• My recovery after the birth of my baby shall be pain free. Milk from my breast shall be ready for my baby to suck(Isa 66:11). As he/she is delivered upon my breast, he/she will learn to trust in God who bought them forth.
• He/she is a proper child; the lines have fallen to him/her in pleasant places. He/she is a godly heritage(Psa 16:5-6).
• He/she shall be born into love,joy and peace(Rom 5:5,Isa 35:10,Phil 4:7).
• He/she shall be named by the Lord. We therefore receive his/her name and the wisdom to call him/her and raise him/her(John 1:13, Isa 62:2).
• All these and better shall be my portion for God is able and will do beyond my expectations and confessions in JESUS NAME, AMEN

What I did differently:
-i ignored up&down check ups With plenty med centres...infact I no get doctor
-i took more veggies with DH...he took plenty cucumber and tigernuts too...we ate healthy and gave serious serious Attention to our sex life like never before ..
-prayers without ceasing
-i took my mind totally off ttc

What is Shea Butter?
Shea Butter is only found in the tropics of
Africa. It is extracted from the nuts of the
Shea-Karite tree which begins to bear fruit
after about 15 years; and can take up to 30
years to bear a quality crop of nuts with a
high content of irremovable fatty acid. It is
this fatty acid that gives Shea Butter its
unique healing properties and makes it far
superior to cocoa butter and other vegetable
butters. Traditionally, Shea Butter was
extracted by people who picked the nuts,
cracked them, grilled them and pounded
them. They were boiled in water for hours
until the Shea Butter rose to the surface. It
was then scooped into gourds and left to
cool and set. Shea Butter is solid at room
temperature although it quickly liquefies
right around body temperature. This Shea
Butter is called unrefined Shea Butter or raw
Shea Butter. Since Shea Butter is an all
natural product, it can vary widely in quality,
appearance and smell depending on where
it is produced from and how it is refined or
extracted. Most Shea Butter comes from
West Africa.
How Can I tell Good Shea Butter?
Pure Shea Butter can be found in three
types of extractions. Also, recently, Shea
Butter has begun to be graded.
• Raw or unrefined: extracted using water.
The color ranges from like cream (similar to
whipped butter) to grayish yellow. This is the
original form of Shea Butter.
• Refined: is more highly processed. Has
many of its natural components still intact.
• Highly refined or processed: solvents are
used to increase the yield (hexane is an
example). The color is pure white.
How should Shea Butter smell?
Shea Butter has a natural, nutty smell. Over
time the smell of the Shea Butter will
diminish. If an unrefined Shea Butter has
almost no smell, it is probably getting old.
How do I store Shea Butter?
Shea Butter does not need to be
refrigerated. However, over a period of two
or three years, the Shea Butter will begin to
lose some of its effectiveness. As the natural
ingredients begin to break down, some of
the healing benefits will be reduced, but the
Shea Butter will continue to be an effective
moisturizer. Store Shea Butter is a cool (not
necessarily cold) place. If you’re going to
use it within a couple of years, you should
have no problems.
My Shea Butter melted
One of the great things about Shea Butter is
its low melting point. When you apply it to
your skin, it literally liquefies. However, one
of the bad things about Shea Butter is its low
melting point. It’s quite possible it will melt
in a hot room. It may even be melted when
it’s delivered to you in the summer months.
If this happens, don’t worry. The Shea Butter
is good. Just take the lid off of the container
and set it in the refrigerator until it gets
hard again. As it begins to cool, you might
want to give it a stir to bring the olein (liquid
parts) back into contact with the stearin
(solid parts) so that the Shea Butter is
uniform throughout.
What color should my Shea Butter be?
The color of unrefined Shea Butter depends
on the Shea nuts used. Shea nuts will vary in
color from almost white to yellow. Therefore,
refined Shea Butter will vary in color. You
will not be able to determine the authenticity
or quality of Shea Butter based strictly on its
color. There is even a naturally golden yellow
colored Shea Butter. Shea Butter should
never be green, extremely hard or greasy
though. Most Shea Butter is a creamy color.
Shea Butter that is pure, bright white is
highly refined and may or may not have its
healing properties intact depending on how
it was refined.
How can Shea Butter benefit me?
Shea Butter can provide relief from
everything from just dry skin to many minor
dermatological diseases (if you have a
serious skin condition, you should see a
doctor). It has been clinically shown to
provide benefits.

Is all Shea Butter the same?
All Shea Butter is not the same. Shea Butter

know the ingredients before you buy any
Shea Butter product and should buy from a
reputable source. The more Shea Butter in a
product, the greater the likelihood, you will
receive the full benefits of Shea Butter.
What’s the difference between raw Shea
butter, refined Shea butter and highly
refined Shea Butter?
The differences between raw, refined and
highly refined Shea Butter lie in how the
Shea Butter is extracted from the nut and
how it is processed after that. Manual
extraction processes leave more of the raw
ingredients in the Shea Butter. After it is
extracted, it can be further refined removing
color and impurities that some people don’t
like. This further refining can also remove
some of the smell. You can think of the
difference between raw Shea Butter and
refined Shea Butter as being similar to the
difference between wheat bread and white
bread. Truly raw Shea Butter can even be
unfiltered. That is one end of the spectrum.
On the other end, there is Shea Butter that is
extracted using chemicals that is pure white,

Do I want raw Shea Butter or Refined Shea
Butter?
This is really a matter of preference. I prefer
raw Shea Butter. Unless you do not like the
smell of Shea Butter, we recommend you go
with raw. The more the Shea Butter is
processed, the higher the chance some of
the “good stuff” is going to be removed.
Certainly, none of the healing or moisturizing
properties of Shea Butter are enhanced by
the further processing to make it white and

Hmnn.......it's the past though, my Ex showered me special attention *gifts* on my birthdays , Xmas day and Val's day while we dated... As naughty as he was, he showed extra care on my 'red flag' days cos used to have serious M.P....he'll run helter skelter to the Sch *university*sick bay to fetch me drugs or even take me there himself from my hostel for injections...He also made me realized a Woman needs to be bold and communicate her feelings when hurt/angry instead of bottling it up..that one shouldn't be too quiet and as bad as not feeling free to express your displeasure at something/issue to your man *cos then I wouldn't talk, not until later when we broke up*..his regular line was 'feel free to talk, you have same right to tell me am wrong and I can't bully you'..lol..won't forget also that he had same passion for Music so he encouraged every bit of my involvement in the campus choir...that's the past jare, we've both moved on and am married to the best man you can think of! ...God bless him and my husband loads!

Doctor good morning o and I must commend the good work you're doing here..more wisdom and grace IJN. I've been ttc-ing for 2yrs 2 weeks now o...I need you to explain these medical terms in the several different results I have here presently..

Had Hormonal Profile test 21st Aug which says: LH - 10,FSH - 12 *both ranges are btw 4-20m/l*, Prolactin - 18ng/ml (6-24ng/ml),Progesterone - 12ng/ml (5-36ng/ml)

Had my HVS 10th sept Monday and the result collected 13th says,
MICRO:Pus cells: 1- 2hpf,Epithelial cells: +, others: Nil
CULTURE: yielded no growth after 48hrs incubation at 37°c
No drugs recommended in the result given.

Also,did FOLLICULOMETRY and The first Follicle test done 10th Monday sept *my cd 15*says follicle sighted at the right ovary 27mm,left ovary nil,follicle sighted in the right ovary has attained maximum ovulation diameter range,was advised to repeat process two days after..so,12th Wednesday sept my cd 17 another follicle test says right ovary 29mm,left ovary nil,previously sighted follicle in the right ovary has attained maximum ovulation diameter range but yet to rupture.,was told to repeat two days later.Then,14th Friday sept my cd 19 ,left ovary nil,right ovary eggs dropped..previously sighted Follicle in the right ovary had contracted with internal hemorrhage confirming ovulation...

Had PELVIC SCAN TEST on Monday 10th sept cd 15 which says:
USS shows a normal sized uterus with an AP diameter of 4.2cm,the outline is regular,the endometrial plate appears normal,the myometrial texture is normal,both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure,the adnexae is free bilaterally,pouch of Douglas is free,no free pelvic collection sighted,no fibroid,no cysts,no cyesis or retained products..assessment given was: normal pelvic sonogram...
Just the Lil confusion is the spotting o on sept12th-sept13th*cd 17-18*

Quick updates: had my HVS 10th sept Monday and the result collected 13th says,
MICRO:Pus cells: 1- 2hpf,Epithelial cells: +, others: Nil
CULTURE: yielded no growth after 48hrs incubation at 37°c
No drugs recommendation..

Also,did FOLLICULOMETRY as directed by my doc to do..The first Follicle test done 10th Monday sept *my cd 15*says follicle sighted at the right ovary 27mm,left ovary nil,follicle sighted in the right ovary has attained maximum ovulation diameter range,was advised to repeat process two days after..so,12th Wednesday sept my cd 17 another follicle test says right ovary 29mm,left ovary nil,previously sighted follicle in the right ovary has attained maximum ovulation diameter range but yet to rupture.,was told to repeat two days later.Then,14th Friday sept my cd 19 ,left ovary nil,right ovary eggs dropped..previously sighted Follicle in the right ovary had contracted with internal hemorrhage confirming ovulation..marathon knackson for the next few days advised! Lol...

Had PELVIC SCAN TEST on Monday 10th sept cd 15 which says:
USS shows a normal sized uterus with an AP diameter of 4.2cm,the outline is regular,the endometrial plate appears normal,the myometrial texture is normal,both ovaries appear normal in sizes and structure,the adnexae is free bilaterally,pouch of Douglas is free,no free pelvic collection sighted,no fibroid,no cysts,no cyesis or retained products..assessment given was: normal pelvic sonogram...
Just the Lil confusion is the spotting o on sept12th-13th,but the doc said it means am in my fertile window!

@all,quick updates...today is cd12..took antibiotics injections on Tuesday and Thursdayy 6th sept so,next Monday I'll be doing my HVS and Scan to see if no fluid in the pouch of Douglas again o..

Well,sometimes the crazy thought crosses my mind especially times like these when everybody expects after two years you should now have a baby of your own... The man on the other side isn't ready to run test alongside the woman/wife which gets it really tiring as if one tree can make a forest...whoever is married to a tough man would understand what am saying...he's a pleasant spouse but sometimes i get really tired communicating an issue with him even in the softest manner possible! He'll rather ignore without response to statements which requires answer for the success of the home..e.g asking him when he'll have to run his test as the Doc advised. na wahala person dey look for...God'll help us all with wisdom to run out homes and i pray those unmarried will get the bone of their bones IJN

@Udoka,how are you naa?all is well even in the well..thanks for your advice too...HVS on my mind this week o immediately these red flag no display logo again! No time to waste jare make person check for infection and am praying strongly for God to touch DH's heart make him do his SFA too because this ttc journey could be really more tiring when the other party isn't trying to troubleshoot his system via tests too so that both parties would rule out whatever needs to be ruled out together so both systems are cleared altogether! Well,God still on the throne o..because sometimes I just feel is we women that's assumed to be the problem and prolly that's why it's this way!

Really sorry for MIA almost 3months now..this ttc journey got me knocked out emotionally and all such that everyother thing sef tire me *e.g. BD* . Before I give una my medical gist am overexcited about Hebrewwoman,Champs,Udoka and the rest whose bfp has clicked without you knowing..*yea,God works in a mysterious way*..your blessings Don permanent o,just keep eating healthy,rest when necessary,commune with God well and i know this is just the beginning for other expecting such miracle! Before the end of the year,miracles plus good news will flood this thread!*Amen*

Back to my med issue,AF just Dey misbehave with my hormones..the last official period was 2nd May - 5th May and been a Lil regular since early this year kinda..it showed 10th June and dried up 11th June in the afternoon..was confused at what my system was turning into but i chilled throughout July no AF so was more worried considering the physical facts that My boobs got fuller and was beginning to eat like a glutton*I don't know if it's pregnacare doing that o* had to run pelvic scan 26th july which says: uterus is normal,measuring 54x36mm in longitudinal and AP diameters respectively,no uterine mass seen,no intra nor extra gestational sac seen,both ovaries are normal sonologically,small fluid in the pouch of Douglas,no cyesis. The Doc advised scan repeated two weeks later but I didn't o,hormonal profile was advised too since I got neg results twice to blood preg test,urine test sef naa soso neg!
To cut the my epistle short,I changed Doc to run hormonal test 28th July and got result a week later 3rd August and it says:
LH 10 (4-20 *m*l),
FSH 12 (4-20 *m*l),
PROLACTIN 22 (6-24 n*g/m*l), PROGESTERONE 7 (5-36 n*g/m*l) so the Doc concluded high prolactin and low progesterone ...I was told I'll need injections to boost and normalize them so before treatment even started AF showed 10th August and it dried up again 11th Aug in the morning so i had to see the Doc that evening and was injected*treatment started* for four days I took the progesterone injection plus was given two drugs to take daily..one is called JUST ONE and was told it's a prenatal tablet,the other is Aloes compound...And the Eight day he took my blood sample again to monitor the hormones which now says PROGESTERONE :12 ngml
Prolactin: 18 ngml And was told now normal when I picked the result last Friday 21st Aug..before I got home AF showed o... Watched it till Saturday morning and noticed dried up again and had to call the Doc that afternoon that I don't seem to understand this one day period twice this month o! I have another appointment this Wednesday and was told that DH needs to run another SFA this week to check for infection alongside doing HVS...Well,if you ask me ehn am confused and tired and might resolve to trying natural herbs&roots o that someone told me about recently,just that I wanna take things slowly and carefully one step at a time! Abeg make una advise your sister o..

Satdy 19th May: Group fast and broke arnd 12pm to eat. Beans and Bread arnd 12:18 afta my prayers..i took popcorn and gnuts by d way and had Eba wt Veggies in d evening arnd few mins past 5pm..slept o so i and DH skippd dinner
Sunday 20th May: Fastd til 12pm today and ate Rice and Veggies, Beans and Garri some minutes back and hoping to take sandwich spiced wt lettuce,boiled egg and Fresh Tomatoes plus Cold Tea to cool am down..
