As a leader in terms of experience in the squad he shouldnt be the last one publicly questioning the abilities of his team mates. When he himself has been very well below par. God knows the kind of words we would have been reading about Theo or bendtner if they were the ones that had the chances to either score or provide an assist that he had this last 2 games.

Arshavin should know he is a leader in that team and should act accordingly. FFs Fabregas is waaaay younger than he is and leads by words and by deed!!!

Well if Bendtner can be fit and good to go Id simply just pair him up with AA upfront and revert to a 4-4-2, we can always change our shape back if it looks like we have totally forgotten how to play like that. But for that to happen Diaby has to start on the left. And Rosicky or Nasri on the right. While Fab and Song start in midfield. Back four remains the same.

The 4-4-2 wil reduce the need for the full backs to bomb forward all the time and at least give us some defensive discipline. And at least Diaby and Nasri dont neglect their defensive duties like AA does when he is on the wings.

If we revert to 4-3-3 bendtner can go to AA on the left and Nasri or Mozart on the right. Diaby can return to the middle of the park with Cesc and Song. If we go straight up 4-3-3 into the match then all i can ask is that we hassle the ball and close down space contnuosly. Hard work yes but it sure does pay.
