I'm a Catholic but once in a while I get to attend pentecostal churches when invited by colleagues though. So I went to this very well known pentecostal church. I found out the following:

(1) They've now modelled their church into several services just as it is done in the Catholic Church unlike before when they go to church by 7am and return by 2pm

(2) They have the pictures of their daddy GO inside the church just like the Catholics use those of Jesus

(3)They also had ornaments like holy oil just like in the Catholic church

(4) They have communion service just like in the Catholic church. I took their wine and communion though

It seems to me like the essence of the pentecostalism is now been defeated because the pentecostal churches we knew when growing up never had these aspects that resembled the Catholic Church practices. To add to it some pentecostal churches now ordain bishops too which were never existent to them them except to the orthodox churches.

HOLY COMMUNION IS A CHRISTIAN THING AND AN INSTRUCTION IN THE BIBLE FOR ALL CHRISTIANS,NOT CATHOLICS
SAME WITH HOLY OIL AND WATER ETC.

In my opinion,if its an emergency i believe the hospital has an Accident and emergency that has Drs and nurses on call 24 hrs,u can as well walk in there and get ursef admitted since u cant wait.

U got referred to see a consultant and expect to walk into the hospital at anytime of the day to see him or her seated and waiting for u,and ur opening ur mouth to rant rubbish.Can u walk into a business establishment or bank and demand to see the bank manager anytime as u please?.Even in advanced countries,specialist clinics are booked ahead of time.My aunt had a dental appointment with the specialist in US,and was told to come back at a certain day and time,if she had missed it,She would have had to reschedule for another day and time.Thats worldwide standard practice.
If u were abroad shebi u will just quietly go back and return as at when instructed,rather than coming here to trash talk the medical practice,There is scarcity of Drs and nurses nationwide because of massexodus to greener pastures and the few remaining are trying to meet up with the crowd ,hence the sharing of clinic days in hospitals.So because they are medics let them die inside hospital and they shouldnt have a life outside work. ..Thats y many of health workers are leaving to saner climes,not this master-slave mentality most Nigerians have.

I have been an active member on this forum for the past eight years. I just created this account to bring this issue to limelight. Good evening gentlemen and ladies. I got married in late 2020. God being merciful, we are blessed with a baby of 5 months. My wife has been giving me attitudes of recent. I have tried to find out what the problem has been, she is not saying anything tangible. I am being confused and depressed. I have been begging her to come back to join me after delivery. She keeps traumazing me emotionally. She just told me our marriage is over. She couldn't say what the problem is.

She has not been taking care of the baby. She was medically advised to stop breastfeeding our baby permanently. Is not that she breastfeeds our baby. My mother in-law and sisters in-law have been complaining about her lack of motherly treats.

They told me she doesn't even know how to take care of the baby. They cannot allow my child to be in her custody because she can't take care of the baby as a mother. She has fought her mother for asking her to leave her house to join her husband. Every member of her family has been asking her what the problem is. She keeps telling them to come and marry me that it's over between us.

I haven't told any of my family members or my friends of what is going on in my marriage. I am a kind of person that do not like involving a third party in my new marriage of lest than two years.

Her family has never supported her actions. Her mom and her siblings have been asking me to come take my wife and baby. But, my wife is not ready to join me. It has been a serious issues in her family house each time they push her to go meet her husband.

Her family has ask me to come with some soldiers or the police to come carry my baby and leave her since she claims she is no longer interested in any marriage. I have been trying my best to make sure my wife never lacked anything during her pregnancy and even after delivery.

My in-laws have been very supportive and good to me. I know they have never and will not support her for her wrong actions and behaviors. My challenge is, my baby is just 5 months and I don't want to take the baby to my parents because of the questions people around will be asking. I don't want to be seen as someone who is separated from his wife. I hate divorce with passion. My wife does not have any concrete reason why she decides to stay off our marriage.

Her family is fully in support of my next actions of going to take my baby. Now, the question is this; is it advisable to keep the baby with me while I employ a nanny to raise the baby with me?

Please and please I need mature and sensible advise.

No ur not.In my class back in med schl we had even 40yr olds .,and thirty something yr olds..Who for financial constranits or lack of opportunity didnt get to read medicine when they ought to,but were still passionate enough to pursue their dreams,age not limiting.And they made good doctors.
Ur already in ur clinical years,and jumped the hurdle of 2nd M bbs exams.Just focus so that u finish when ur suppose to and move on.

I stay in PH and can confirm all these pix are true.Just yesterday I was complaining to someone same thing,dumping sites taking over,everywhere,even along major roads like Aba Road,Artillery entering Okporo Road.Its dishearteningno see,yet our Gov is after his presidential ambitions.

The main reason most students don't like school or anything that has to do with academics, is because, students seem not to have a pleasant experience of it from childhood, as a result of the behaviour of despite parents, who always try to force things into their child's head, even at pre developmental stage, when their brains hasn't yet developed to accommodate such school work.

However, it is crucial for parents to educate themselves on a proper age that is required and appropriate to enroll a child to school.

Finally, some parents should take it easy on children that seem not to respond to school work, because, the fact that a child doesn't seem to understand at infancy, won't make the child worse-off at latter stage of development, because, learning is a long life thing, and every learner should be given the opportunity to learn at their own pace.

Ur obviously not or parent yet ,or better still a very ignorant one.Many parents would love to keep their children at home,but the harsh realities of the times we r in and our economy doesnt allow it.
We talk about women contributing their quota and providing for the family,the same women u are expecting to sit at home to take care of the kids,till they are "old enough" for school?How hypocritical can u guys be.How many men are willing to pay all the bills ,or even av the ability to,without support.Most homes need both income to stand.And maternity leave is maximum 3months ,then a woman is made to return to work,with a 3month old?
Or is it men that are hustling day and night,spending hours on the road or at the field, just to be able to provide for their families,.,Ur expecting to sit at home and take care of the kids..And the bills will be paid magically? Life is not black or white.There are some grey areas
However u want to do ur family,pls do,but dont take ur personal opinion/choices as a general rule .

MOST LIKELY POSITIVE.My own shows faintly like this even up to 9months pregnancy.Maybe her urine was very diluted so the pregnancy hormones weren't picked up fully.My advice is to go for a confirmatory blood pregnancy test or even a scan to be double sure
