How, pray tell, do we supply electricity to Ghana? Where is the trans line that carries this supply? Is it carried overland across Benin and Togo or is it an undersea line along the Atlantic shoreline? How is this supply billed and who collects the remittance?

Ghana, herself, barely generate 1,000MW capacity for a country of over 20million that requires at least 20,000MW supply. How do they achieve the so-called uninterrupted power supply?
