Silva094: no yellow paper just one white paper(pick up) and one white slip(approval). But my sponsor's SOA was collected. 2 August 2018 There is no problem there na, provided d statement is not fake. the only problem u may think u have is that ur resumption is close. but again that is not a problem. just write to graduate school, they will give u a letter, saying yes ,u are still welcomed, u print, use it at POE. or if u don't like rush rush things and stress,u defer it till spring |

She told me I will be placed under AP to verify my bank statement and every other they tell you when they approve your visa about when to travel and things you will present at POE is ur bank statement real something may not be synchronizing in ur I-20. was this in Lagos or Abuja schedule another appointment as they suggested, maybe a visa officer just need to speak with u to clear his doubts on certain things and approve ur visa. |

sureb0yy: Told myself I wouldn't post anything on NL until something big changes for me.
July 2016: F1 visa approved. July 2018: GC approved. July 2018: Job offer accepted.
I'm now a legal permanent resident of this place... and I'm starting my job at progressive insurance on Monday 8/6 in the claims department. Not the best job in the world but I'd take $50k p.a. right now considering all I've been through lol. My second part-time job will earn me between $4h and $1k a month too so... not a bad start.
Now I can come back to NL and give advice like the old days to anyone who wants it. I don't remember the username of that guy who used to tackle me all the time with "body go tell you" posts. Baba, if you can read this, whether it's luck or not, I didn't encounter any of those scary things you predicted o.
Prospective NLers chasing the American dream, ask me whatever you need to know. Against all odds, I came here to study stupid course in a stupid school without any funding. 2 years later, it's all history. It took a bit of luck but who cares? I'm in a better place and that's what matters.
Don't let any keyboard warrior discourage you from chasing your dreams... keep sleeping! Lol. pls what's the stupid course? |

LagosismyHome: That bold could have been said differently or a better reason for Bsc to Bsc..... Bsc to Bsc is harder to convince so that answer should be strong . Also we always advice against one school application
Ie your passion has always been in nursing and having a bsc in microbiology has so many transferable knowledge which you intend to use to make a career switch to nursing . LagosismyHome: I am not am expert in fixed deposit but it's possible depending on the maturity date ... if for example a fixed deposit which the money becomes accessible next week that ok but if you can't access the money until January and schools resume in August then no
For i20 it best to call the school and verify what their policy. The most credible information is when you hear it from the source Tanx a lot |
