Every serious govts cherish rule of law, but if the govt becomes unlawful in their actions and the citizens copied it by becoming lawless, the govt 'll be the loser by chanelling more scarce resources, to the control of the needless crisis, they created by their un-lawful actions. if this couple 've commited any crime against the state, why not apply the judicial process? let the law courts convict or exonerates them. its wrong to lock up your citizens without law court's convictions. or are we in the jungle?
