Non-remittance of taxes is punishable by law on conviction. Go to LIRS office, speak to any official who would then direct the appropriate department (within LIRS) to take further action against your employer. A notice of assessment will be served on your employer then, following which an assessment will be carried out. On completion, LIRS will recover its dues and you'll be able to get your TCC

My dad had two wives but unfortunately we were not treated equally. I was fortunate to attend unilag where my dad worked but I was not considered as a serious son of his. Thank God I am the only person to have education in the family. Since my dad overlooked me I didn't mind then I face my life alone. While he was alive we were told that he put my direct brother (first son ) name on his papers but by the time he got sick my step sister and the husband took over the finances. Since am I know Christ I didn't bother about the situation. Along the way my dad complain to me that the sister went to the school on several occasions to withdraw money from his account. What should I do since I didn't know the beginning.

Last month my dad passed away while they brought him from village with sickness to come and sign a document for them to collect money without our knowledge. Two weeks later after his death, the sister called my brother that the school just paid 720000naira to her account for my dad but she has spent 500000 naira on my dad before his death and she has to reduct the money and give the family 220000 naira.
Now the whole family disagree and she brought a written expenses not bills to present for her 500000 naira.
Since am the only one educated the family now look up to me to intervene bcs there are other money to be released from my dad pension.

I don't know how my senior brother name was changed initially to her name.

How can I go about the issue bcs we need money for my dad burial and she is holding the 720000 naira.

someone offers you help on an anonymous forum , the least you can do is explain what and what went wrong.
Well she has carried out several jobs on my behalf and that of my family and did it very well.
I told you that the longest one of tenants we gave quit notice to stayed for was a year all together( two months after her own notice)
the rest was less

So oga maybe you should check your side ery well. A case you have been fighting for two years and still haven't won....

I have a lawyer who dealt with our own tenants who refused to pay and pack out.

the highest was 1year.

she pushed them out in 1month.

This was after court case and police couldn't help us.

One thing I hate is people trying to frustrate others. So he doesn't have money but his wife is abroad.

Someone has already given you steps to take. Issue him letter for recovery of premises, letter of renovation etc then after two/three weeks start the renovation.

What'll your renovation consist of?
1. Blocking of the toilet from outside pipes.
2. Remove all doors (I just hope they are wooden doors)
3 call plumber wey sabi work, he'll find a way to stop his water supply.
4 If you want to be wicked like me, remove the windows.
