You can get your reference letter from your previous employer now... nothing spoilalwayspositive8: Please all other things been equal am expected to enter the EE pool say around December or January due to Ielts hitch and ECA
But is it advisable that I get my reference letter from my previous place of work now as it might be stressful getting it then...Will the date matter as the letter will show date within this period only.
Thanks for the relevant advise |

Congratulationswurdz: To God be the Glory!!!
Wifey pushed for this journey Sept 2017. Wrote IELTS Oct 1 and passed. We started ECA November. I wrote IELTS Feb 1 and also passed. We decided that I was going to be principal applicant ‘cos I had a masters degree and better IELTS result.
IELTS: 9,9,7.5,7.5 ECA completed: Feb20,2018(entered pool same day) ITA: Feb 21,2018 AOR: Mar29,2018 MEP: Apr 24 (Though it Med processing started Apr9 – we found out Hospital didn’t send in Wifeys result for funny reasons so she was asked to come redo it after about a month) IP1:Apr8 Long wait…. GCMS Notes ordered May xx and received July11 (Everything seemed fine outside the fact that PoF was deemed to be short as they did not factor in funds from RSA) July 11- raised CSE and resent RSA and did a LOE explaining that I have access to 25% as stated in the Pensions Act. July 25 – raised another CSE and sent in updated PoF (this time around without RSA as I wasn’t fully assured bout the use of RSA by IRCC and madam) Another wait………….. 2nd GCMS note ordered Aug 27 and received Sept 27 and NOTHING had changed except that they received my additional documents. Sent a mail Sept 20 to remind them that only 9days left to the 6months deadline
Oct 2, raised CSE that 6months had elapsed
Oct 3 PPR (yay!!!!) |

We have seen cases of PPR within days of payment and we have also seen PPR months after payment... If i were you, i will start praying rather than packing. PRAY SO THAT YOU CAN PACK!Onyeenyeh: Thanks. Is receiving an the RPRF request an indication of PPR getting closer, should I start packing? |

Use this form to Raise a CSENewbeecey: So while we are busy waiting for the miracle PPR mail, I just realized that this CSE table that you people have been shaking, we are on it.
DH had a US refusal and was asked to reapply within 3-6 months, cant remember the exact reason though. He reapplied and has since gotten the visa; but i did not include it in our application.
I am about to do that now, only to realize, your dear sistuurrr doesnt even know what CSE means, let alone how to raise it. So this is an SOS!!! cry for help. |

To determine if you are admissible to Canada. CIC will check the following 1.security 2.human or international rights violations 3.criminality 4.organized criminality 5.health grounds 6.financial reasons 7.misrepresentation 8.non-compliance with IRPA or 9.having an inadmissible family member Click here for more information on admissibilityOnyeenyeh: True talk. It is pretty unpredictable. I was on IP2 first, then IP1 after MEP. I got RPRF request on Saturday morning. Paid and waiting on the next instruction.
Meanwhile, please what is the admissibility review about? |

Why do you want to make things difficult for yourself? Why not go to registry and then use the marriage certificate as proof? Abi you guys don't love each other? You know that common-law partner isn't that common in Nigeria and there might be more questions than answers if you want to follow that route but having said that, if you have enough proof, please go for itFadia: Okay. Thanks.
Do you have any idea what they would need as "proof"? I've tried reading up on their site but it doesn't say anything about that. I just want to know if they'd want stuff like joint bill payments and all that to show that we've lived together.
Plus I hope it won't count as misrepresentation that I am now including him after I've submitted my application? We just didn't have plans of moving together before cause he has some stuff to finish up here but I am now considering the idea. |

As long as you can prove that you are both common-law partners, i think you can.Fadia: I've been thinking about this for a while now and I just need clarification from the house. Please is it possible to add a common-law partner to your application after eAPR or after PPR? |

Yes you are to pay Application Fees and RPRF for each applicant (Yourself and your spouse)Homguy: Morning boss. I am getting confused as regards the fee. It's just I and my wife for now, Are we going to pay Rprf($490) and application fees ($550) for each of us?
Or does one payment of Application fee and rprf cover both of us.
Thanks. Cc. Hephgirl Ifeoma77 |

Pls I need help. What is the way forward? Message from WES. Issues with name on OND vs name on HND certificate. E.g. FADEKEMI on OND vs KEMI on HND.
We regret to inform you that we are unable to prepare an evaluation report for you due to a significant difference between the name on your order and the name on one or more of the credentials submitted.
We are cancelling your application. |

It wasn't medumprep: My thoughts exactly. My suspects are smslive2 himself, Elfmannisback, NewMum0615, Ifeoma77 and of course....you (Tojued).
Okay, scratch NewMum and Ifeoma off the list. A guy is the culprit here. That moniker is sounding somehow.

I agree with you. Lets report him to CIC and also lets notify inspector Moshood. E be like say u get spare time. All this wahala over another man's testimony. Please dont ignore o...amdman: My concern is for those that will send him PMs to patronize his acclaimed agency. This thread didn't get to have this quality by ignoring dubious posts...so no Sir, I won't ignore this time. |
